To answer your question on Milo: If you're really curious, I think it's worth at least giving S1 a shot, because it does try to do its own thing that isn't just a retread of Phineas and Ferb. Also I feel like whether you like MML is very contingent on whether you liked PnF, bc their sense of humor is strikingly similiar (I mean it IS the same creative team basically). I loved PnF, so it was easy for me to gravitate to Milo. But I will say your criticisms re Doofenshmirtz are completely valid. He /does/ feel like a Poochie and his season arc of becoming "Professor Time" is very baffling. Though I also have to say that, at least out of context, the jokes can get very hearty laughs out of you.

To get most of the pistachion story ark, watch The substitute, Missing Milo, Fungus Among us, and the phineas and ferb effect, in that order. Also some personal favorite episodes are Secrets and pies, school dance, the island of lost dakotas, and A Christmas peril.

the Dora movie feels like an origin story mixed in with El Dorado thrown in there & of course it almost ends with the monkey grabbing them & Dora saying "i'm gonna name you," looks at the boots "Boots!" exactly what The Black critic Guy said.

Out of all the live action reboots this year this one has me going why the most It's not like my anger towards Aladdin or sonic but just why dora an educational show for 4 year olds of all things why that I just ugh and the premise just why why and like you pointed out if they wanted to make a dora movie why didn't they make it back when it was relevant not half a decade (holy shit I feel old) later when the show's basically forgotten by this point well not really but you know what I mean just why why an educational show just why

@@mrps2dvd2770 unless maybe Nickelodeon wants to hold on to the brand name so it doesn't fall into the Public domain i think? but seriously Paramount?! of all the things & original ideas floating around you guys you had to pick an obscure Nick Jr. show that isn't relevant anymore outta the thin Blue air & give it the film treatment, REALLY?! unbelievable. this live-action Dora film should serve as the poster child of why Live-action adaptations of Western Animation will suck!!!

@@chuckjose9271 2019 really does seem like the death of live action reboots it really does sonic Aladdin dora doom all look bad not to mention kim possible and dumbo turned out mediocre haven't seen them don't plan to the only ones that look ok to great is lion King and detective pikachu don't plan on seeing lion King but so far it hasn't done anything compared to the other ones lion King looks ok detective pikachu looks good it's the only one worth seeing

After having just rewatched the first season, I can say Murphy's law by itself does get old and tired, so episodes where that's the sole conflict can feel stale, but it never left me bored. The real enjoyment mostly comes from the creative ways Milo and the main cast deal with Murphy's law and how new and supporting characters react and deal with it, when it's something they're not used to. The time travelers are definitely one of the best parts of the show and it never feels like they over stay their welcome since they only ever appear in every other episode or so. Overall I'd say if you didn't like phineas and ferb you probably won't like MML, just because it get it's humor from the same place and relies on the same kind of random bits and gags the phineas and ferb had. Personally I really enjoy just turning my brain off and watching the show for what it is, but I can see why it wouldn't be for everyone.

Milo seems to receive a complaint similar to Phineas And Ferb in that he's seen as a supporting character in his own show.

But at the same time the show’s strengths are from the supporting cast. I find it interesting That Milo’s friends (specifically Melissa) still continues to stick with Milo despite his bad luck. Or Whatever Dokota and Cavendish do in the B plot. Several of Milo’s teachers are so odd one can be confused with a vampire.

Fun fact the team originally wanted to do a justice league cartoon but the network told them no (Here is the pilot for it kzbin.info/www/bejne/l3S5fJ-Yas2kjJY ) the network wanted a show based off a teenager (hence why they had the 3 kids in the pilot of JL) so they made batman beyond then the network later on let them make a justice league show and cause they couldn't handle 2 shows at once they stopped working on batman beyond and made the film as a send off.

I'm sorry PieGuy, but you are being way too harsh on Milo Murphy's Law. Especially since you just watch the crossover and a few episodes and judge it from what little you watch. There is more to than this show then just "stuff falling down". If you want to get it, you have to watch the show from the beginning. That is the only way I can recommend it.
