FINALLY! Thank you for a slower & more appropriate step class (not to mention all the other workouts you have!) for those of us who were already in our 40’s when we did step in the 90’s!!

I’ve been doing a lot of your step videos during lockdown. Today I felt tired so I went with this one. Great choice. I love your “senior moments” - they make me laugh as I have them too 😂

I can't remember the last time I did step aerobics; I was almost totally confused with the turns but I hung in there and finally got it. I did my stepping on the floor because I don't have a step table but I will definitely invest in one eventually. This was a really fun work out that took me back to the days where I first learned step aerobics at the gym, totally awesome. Thank you for a great workout.

Oh Gosh, you are so committed to your health and fitness and that is great. You probably can buy one on Amazon for cheap. I remember when I first took a step class, I hated it. But then little by little I got it. But I did not realize at that time that I would end up teaching...

Just had a total knee replacement. Was able to do 75% of this step workout. I did have a chair in front of the step so I could hold onto it, but I did it. I hope the next time I will be able to complete the workout 100% but if I don't I will keeping going until I can. I have to say it is great therapy to someone that has had knee surgery.

I'm really glad I found your videos - you're very personable! The step routines are easy to follow and you don't jump around the step like I've seen instructors do in other videos...

This step workout seemed hard. It's been several years since I worked out with a stepper. I just followed the best I could and kept telling myself. I will get better. Thank you coach Paul for your encouragement.

Glad I founf this! Need to get back into shape! Are used to do step aerobics every day back in the 90s, when I was in my 20s. Now I made 50, and way out of shape! Thank you!!

Thanks for your comment. I taught at some many gyms since 1989 at Ballys, YMCA, Urban Active, LA Fitness, University of Pittsburgh, Highmark Corporation and the list goes on. And at 62 I still have the energy, but the time and commitment is a issue.

Got through this one and my Fitbit says I had a vigorous workout. I am 69 and my heart rate peaked at 144 beats per minute for 11 minutes. Slowed down and walked once and got a drink.
