One of the best exercises for any age actually. I love it cos it suits my after late 40s body. Now my son is doing this exercise too. He is just 19. Tqvm.

Aloha, Coach Eugene! Simply LOVE this video, the screen timer, the energetic music, ur energy, added dance moves in there, using the floor a tad, n ur PATRIOTIC attire (❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️)!!! I ran myself over with my Equinox in June 2019, broke ribs 2-9 n punctured my lung. I had to b medivacked to Oahu from my island n spent a few days in the ICU n hospital for another few days BUT the unfailing mercy n Grace of the Lord, He spared my life!! N I m so blessed to have found ur workouts. I’ve noticed positive physical changes in this 56 year old body. Oh!!! Thank u for the hug n prayer at the end... 🙌🏼✝️❤️ Please keep the vids coming!!! Great video Coach Paul! Normally I do one of your shorter step videos and combine with another video - strength or abs - but decided to do a longer step! This was everything I needed - warm up, moderately strenuous cardio and cool down!, moves were fun and not overly repetitive. Beat/tempo was perfect for an extended workout session. And these stats are awesome - 417 Kcals, 5200 steps, 50 active minutes!! Yoo-hooo!!

I had a BLAST doing this workout! My heart rate stayed above 150 for over 15 minutes (I use a 6 inch step). LOVE this one! Keep em coming. God bless

Thanks so much, I can't remember the last time I used a 6 inch step. But I do know that if you add risers to your step and step at a slower tempo it is just as effective as doing it with no riser at a faster tempo.

I enjoyed the aerobic workout and your enthusiasm. I do not use a step (I have balancing issues) but was able to keep up. The only challenge was my brain getting crossed with the stomp. Will slow it down to learn it better when I next replay it.

You know I love your exercises. Your channel was my first subscription and I have been exercising with you for awhile now, not always consistently. This is a personal issue because I’m sure a lot of people love it but that clock counter stops me from truly enjoying the exercise because now I’ll see the counter and say what only 3 minutes have passed. I was never concerned about time before and just exercised. Maybe the clock counter has always been there and I never noticed it. Is it possible to put it at the top where my eyes don’t automatically go to it? I’m planning on taping a sheet of paper on my screen to cover it. Thanks for all the new routines and exercises. I recommend the Step Reebok, it is sturdier than the one I am using in this video.
