There's also literally no reason to do that and in fact it would be to the detriment of max cause whatever they test with checos car wouldn't carry over to max his car

I don't think the point is that Max has a different car, the fan in the video was saying they think that the car is developed to suit Max. It would be as if two co-workers asked for different equipment at work because they prefer different working styles, but the company can only afford to equip the office with one type. Therefore the co-worker who didn't get what they wanted has their productivity compromised despite using the same equipment as someone else. It's an equity argument they're making, not an equality argument (although I don't agree that Max and Checo are equal in skill at all)

Bottas was underrated at Mercedes. He was consistently second and even could beat Lewis on merit here and there, and Perez is proving that it’s not that easy.

DTS fans only remember 2021 unfortunately. What they don´t know is that even though he didn´t challenge for the title in 2017 (his first season in Mercedes) he finished only like 60 points behind Lewis I believe. Which is pretty damn good

@@mariano1428 because 2021 is an incredibly important year. if bottas wasn't toothless at wheel to wheel and actually had some pace, he could have helped hamilton against verstappen just like how checo aided verstappen even if it was only on a very few occasions.

That rather shows the actual level of Hamilton more than anything. The fact that Bottas beat him on merit several times each season looks pretty bad on Hamilton considering that even Zhou matches Bottas now. Hamilton makes his teammates look like superstars, someone like Max or Schumacher back in the day make their teammates look like amateurs.

Neither 2nd driver was involved as much in the title fight as people want to believe because both 1st drivers were simply untouchable. It was a fight between them. They could only help in the constructors, which Mercedes won. Checo will get all the flashes because of the Abu Dhabi defense, and Valtteri all the criticism because of Hungary or all the races where he was mid. But the reality is that in the team championship, in the season as a whole, Valtteri did more (in BY FAR his worst season in the team), hence why Mercedes got the WCC

I agree with Florian, it feels like if you dont win F2 in your first year than its almost impossible to get in into F1. And even if you do win in your 1st year you still have to wait to get in. Out of the 5 latest F2 championship winners, although 4/5 have made it to F1 only 2 are still in F1.

@@Beau_Rivageno they weren’t. Ferrari and Mercedes at the start were even in 2018, 2017 Mercedes had a slight advantage, but towards the middle and end of the season the Ferrari’s both dropped on pace massively. Mercedes was much faster in 2017, 2018 was still faster but not by much

I would take my fiancé to Monza. We were both big fans of the sport before we met and now watch all the racing action together. We have always wanted to visit a race and Monza has always been a top choice. I’d take my friend who introduced me to f1 and to the pain (and sometimes nice moments) of being a tifosi, as he is a big ferrari fan. We will go to her first (my second) GP in Zandvoort as volunteers next month, but just found out we will have to work during the race. I couldn't agree more that this pushing off thing is really annoying. If someone is still on the outside of the corner he has still the right to stay on the track. So when you overtake on the inside and you can't get it done in time you need to take a narrower line out of the corner and continue side by side with your rival. Makes racing way better!

We started watching F1 as kids with our grandpa, every Sunday; we cried our hearts for Felipe's defeat in '08, we shared Fernando's frustrations and delusions, we welcomed Vettel as the new Schumacher; we loved each and every win they've had with us, we adore Charlie boy and feel like he's our brother. His win in Monza (yes, altough it was unfair, "technically") it made our day, we were crying of joy in jubilation, we will never forget that day. I’d take my dad with me as he’s been a massive fan of F1 since the 70s and was the reason why I became a fan! He’s been to Zolder, he attended Monaco 5-6 times back in the 70s and 80s, but nowadays, we just can’t afford the ticket prices. I’ve been saving up for years to be able to take him somewhere and am still very far off, but I’d love to take him before he gets too old to be able to do these things. F1 has been his escape from many of life’s problems, like for many of us, and I think it’d mean the world to him to be able to attend one of F1’s most iconic tracks in history. Just wanted to add - I know so many people will be entering, but genuinely thank you for holding this competition for us. A lot of us aren’t in the financial place to be able to afford these things and it means more than you’ll ever know. :)

I would love to go to the Grand Prix of Monza with my boyfriend, because he introduced me to F1 a few years ago (when we were on holiday together in Italy haha) and made it the sport for me I love to watch nowadays. He was a Schumacher fan and it’s a long time ago he went to a Grand Prix race sometimes we went on a Friday but now it’s the time to go on a Sunday and enjoy the weekend!! We’ve been watching F1 since the Michael Schumacher era and we were lucky enough to watch him winning (through the TV though) pretty much everything and breaking all the records at the time, but it was actually the pain that we’ve been enduring since Ferrari’s last constructor’s title in 2008 and the desire of getting back to winning days that kept us going and watching every single race until today, so having the chance to watch a race live for the first time ever, at the temple of speed, as Tifosi fans would certainly be a dream come true!

If I were to go to Monza, I'd take my dad with me. He always loved formula one, and always tried to get me into it, but I never even cared to watch with him. It was only when my friends started watching and made me watch that I started loving the sport, and my dad always felt sad that it wasn't him that made me passionate. It would be an amazing way to make it up to him.

I would wanna take my dad to come with me. He has been to a race once in his lifetime (1996 Spa) and is a huge car enthusiast. But sadly, he fell out of love with F1 after the beginning of the turbo hybrid era of F1. In his opinion the sport is only a fraction of what it used to be, that the sport was „pure“ back then. And I kinda wanna „reignite“ his passion for the sport again, and there are only a few places where the sport and the atmosphere are as magic as in Monza.

I would take my best mate to the race. Last month I actually started living in Italy myself, due to my job (originally from Holland) which is a nice coincidence for this giveaway. My best friend is from Poland and isn't an actual F1 fan. He's sort of on the fence about it. And what better way to rope him into the sport by visiting the temple of speed? Also due to him being in Poland and myself, now, being in Italy. We don't often get to see each other. So coming together for this race event would be stellar! 😊

My friend Luke, lucky enough got to go with my friend to Budapest for the Hungarian GP last year but he unfortunately fell very sick over on holidays and went through lot of treatment over the last year! Would love to be able to bring him again so he could enjoy it 🤝

I would took my dad with me to watch race in Monza. Because of him I'm a F1 fan and none of use ever watched race live. He grew up watching Stirling Moss and Jim Clark and now when he is old I want to give him something to enjoy together

I'd bring one of my best mates back from highschool. I decided to introduce him to F1 when I first got into it and wanted someone to watch it with. He eventually fell in love with the sport as well and ever since we've been following every race without fail, as well as keeping up with the news and drama, sharing memes. We even started our own championship in video games. This sport kept us in contact and rejuvenated our friendship. Getting to see our first race in person together would be incredible.

Hey Tommo, I'd love to take my little sister to Monza if I won the tickets. Her and I don't have much in common and besides the interest in f1 which she has picked up of recent years. I'd take my Norwegian friend with me. I've been watching formula one since the 90s with my father as a kid, but we never had the financial options to go to a grand-prix. My Norwegian friend lost his brother in march and from that we bonded over formula one, giving the loss of his brother a place in our hearts. I would really like to take him to Monza in his brother's honour and give him a reason to smile again.

I would take my mum, she’s such a hard working person, she provides for her 4 kids working day after day for hours on end with barely a thought for herself and such a drive to keep us all happy. She really shines though when a Sunday rolls round and she can sit back and enjoy some racing like she did with her dad (my grandad) back in the 90s. I think she, more than anyone, deserves a trip to Monza. 👍👍

I’d take my older sister because bless her soul she payed fully for a Silverstone ticket for me for my birthday and Christmas (December baby vibes) but in doing that she couldn’t afford to go herself and had to watch it on the tv when I was at the track and I felt so bad. Monza would be so fun!!! I barely started watching formula 1 this time last year! But I’m so in love now! As a Newey I’d bring my dad probably as a fellow Newey haha. Love these videos. Refreshing to see real fans talk F1 rather than just twitter and KZbin comments. For who I would take for tickets I qouldnt go myself as I have anxiety. But I would give them to my friend and his wife who recently got married. I missed their wedding cause of illness and I still feel awful about it and this would be a nice way to somewhat but not totally make up for it. They've always been so kind to me despite my many faults and always been there. They always arrange cool events and parties etc bit barely have anything arranged for them because they are so outgoing. Would be amazing if they got to go as they've never had chance to. Yeah, the majority of F1 comments on KZbin and twitter pretty much people with no life. They spend majority of the time debating on social media rather then doing something relevant irl. The people in the video are the 99% of the F1 community, normal people with normal opinions.

I would go to Monza with my mate Robert. We already went there for a tour a few months ago, where we saw the Ferrari hypercar testing shortly before its legendary Le Mans win and had a quick chat with GTE driver Lilou Wadoux, the first ever female WEC race class winner. So it would be awesome to go back for the circuit's big event this time, and for our first ever Grand Prix to boot. Plus, we'd hopefully passionately witness the truth of what one track employee told us: "There is only one driver the people of Italy support, and his name is Charles Leclerc." Poor Antonio :(

If I had the luck to win the tickets I would take my best friend with me as I have converted him to a F1 fan and it would be an awesome experience. I’ve been watching F1 since 1992 but never had the opportunity and financial means to go to a GP. I would take my best friend with me, who is a huge F1 fan and has introduced me to the sport (a short while before Max entered, we’re both Dutch). He grew up being a massive Ferrari fan and went to the track with his father often as a child, meeting his idol Michael Schumacher in the process. His father also procured original signed letters from Enzo Ferrari there. His favourite track is Monza and I would absolutely love to surprise him with two tickets for that grand prix!
