I wish I wrote you more info about it, so here it: The two buns have this as their dedicated room, they can also free roam beyond to our hallway and bedroom. Of all the other setups I really loved the one with ramps to the window look out! Very cute.

I think I found your channel around 2016-2017, because I was grieving the last of my childhood bunnies and your channel opened my eyes, as I raised my childhood bunnies with outdated knowledge, and though I knew they were loved, I knew I could do better. I watched your videos to mentally and financially prepare myself, and adopted my current pair in 2018. So thank you again for being a great and encouraging resource and advocate.

In defense for habitat 8, my bunny also lived in the bottom half of the closet as their home base and then free roam my bedroom when I was home because at the time I was renting out 1 bedroom from my landlord so I literally only had 1 small room to live in and have all my stuff despite having so much house available (but not available for me to use). Luckily, my clothing didn't smell (at least not that I was aware) but they were more prone to getting rabbit fur on them, which was why I also had an air filter as part of the enclosure

My bunny, Rocky, a Holland mini lop has a 2 story hutch. He gets to go outside in a playpen with supervision because we don’t have wild bunnies in our yard. He gets to free roam, but only in my room because we have 3 dogs. He has two litter boxes and toys, and gets let out every day. I made him his own bed, and we bought a wooden pet frame for it, too. Rocky is old enough to free roam in my room all day, but he pees on my bed and the dogs look through his bunny gate outside the door so we have to supervise. I did my research when I got him, I’m 11, and he gets hay all day, 2 tablespoons of pellets and a treat every now and again, and I hope you think my setup is good! I also bring him dandelions sometimes.

My rabbits story is so sweet. My dad wanted her to stay outside in a hutch and just come inside when I needed her( she’s an ESA ). He let her stay in my room under my loft bed but she seemed sad and cramped so I let her run around. She peed in the corners of my room so we litter box trained her. I let her run around in the day and when I was home. She still seemed sad so I got my dad to let her run around all the time in my room. My dad got her a stocking and loves her just as much as i do. When we moved rooms I had enough space for a huge X pen but I plan to free roam her n the future when I get settled. You have been a blessing to us L! Without you, she would be living outside.

Just wanted to say a quick thank you for this channel and for the great content you provide to educate and advocate for bunnies. An email on 11/5/21 from our local animal shelter in Vegas advertising bunny adoptions prompted me to do a you tube search to find out what it was like to actually have a bunny as a pet. You were the first channel I came across and I set about to binge watch all of your videos. Today we are now a week into having adopted our 8 month old female bunny from one of the local animal shelters. Day 2 we started to free roam her. She has been a perfect angel, diligently using her litter box. It's been fantastic to put what we learned from your videos into practice and to be so well equipped via the content you provide. I even found myself telling the lady that helped us at the shelter about your channel and how we were committed to free roaming our new family member. Thanks again.

My 7 rabbits live outside. We've bunny proofed the backyard so they cant escape, and its large and filled with grass. We've wrapped mesh around the trampoline as a big hidey hole, and also have outdoor shelves, and the bottom shelf is a hidey hole, with a litterbox outside, however they don't really use the litter box they just go wherever. They have two hutches, with the doors always open and every morning we give them pellets and fresh greens such as kale and cabbage and the occasional treat, such as carrot, banana and apple.

Can I just ask: why hudded litterbox? Isn’t it bad because of the fact that it has one entry way🤔 This was a great video!💕🐰

A hooded litter box sometimes makes them feel safer to be in that vulnerable position of eating and pooping lol. One entrance is totally fine, they won't get confused. Mine only use hooded litter boxes. They love poking their head out of the opening while they chew and then hiding back inside!
