Another AWESOME reaction. In my opinion, the PHENOMENAL So Hyang's version of "I Have Nothing", is the BEST cover of this song. I even believe she sang the song better than the LEGENDARY, Whitney Houston. At the song's climax, I dare anyone to name another female singer with the power and breath control of So Hyang. It seemed she did not take a breath, and kept going higher and higher. Beyond IMPRESSIVE.

So Hyang sings this better than Whitney Houston did. I think Whitney would approve! Whitney's former manager heard this on KZbin and showed it Oprah Winfrey, who then showed it to David Foster, who then immediately got in touch with So Hyang in order to add her to the eight concerts he had scheduled for Tokyo's Blue Note Club in late-2018. He puts her right beside Whitney, Celine and all the other top tier divas he has worked with. Though I am no music industry insider, I do know a truly _great_ singer when I hear one. And So Hyang is at the top of the heap these days!

I would say this is the best version of the song. She did everything that Whitney did but higher plus the added her touch with the flips into head voice. Just my opinion but the vocal acrobatics have never been this well executed for this particular song. @Missunnaturally mind mentioning which ones you think are better? This is not to prove you wrong my mind is open and I would personally enjoy finding new artists since i don't join fan cults.

Those two young ladies were totally enraptured and absolutely captivated by So Hyang's singing! You could see on their faces that they were in a different world than most of the rest of the audience! If I could offer some technical advice? You seem to have set the bit rate for your video camera too low because when you move around in the video your image breaks up into huge pixelization, while the background remains clear. If your camera has a higher bit rate to capture the video image I would bump it up a step or two. That should fix this problem. Even though KZbin redoes the image when you upload it, it will still turn out much better if you bump up the bit rates on your end.

Her head voice is decades of refinement. Most of the 6th octave in her head voice just like Whitney Houston and both can tap some in the 7th octave. Perfect alternative to the whistle. Her mix voice is just as developed. Her sweet spot is head dominant mix 4:30, Morissette is chest dominant, both can be used interchangeably. She knows exactly what her strengths are and these arrangements are engineered for her perfectly. In contrast Morissette and Katrina are better suited for Mariah Carey. Morissette has the full sounding lows and powerful chest dominant belts and impressive whistle register, Katrina is a demigod of runs and rifts and has similar head notes to So Hyang but So Hyang has more years of developing it. All three have different sweet spots in their voice and they will sound their best only when the arrangement highlights those strengths.
