She is a generational talent on an average team. If she would have transferred to one of the big schools. Which she could have done if she wanted to. She would have a couple rings. But she wanted to stay loyal to Iowa and as an Iowan. I couldn't be prouder of her.

We should all follow Caitlin Clark's lead...with all the noise and negativity and praise that she has faced, heard, and received "good or bad" all Caitlin Clark does it let her game speak for her. I have to say that's remarkable for a young lady who has remained humble and been role-model and the ultimate ambassador for women's college basketball; and-I believe-she will continue to do the same in the WNBA. Moreover-I believe-besides her basketball skills and IQ, this is another reason why she is such an outstanding basketball player and upstanding young lady who make her parents proud and why NIL and corporate sponsor like her and will continue to have her endorse their products.

There's no doubt I believe there's been more NATURALLY-gifted, talented players than Caitlin Clark, but she has that killer mentality & never-give-up drive on the court, combined with that appeal & marketability off the court. Even with all of that, i'm sure she has the will & potential to improve and work on her flaws. In a way, she has the "old-school" mindset with the "new school" skillset!
@djnivekonea.k.adjnivek1517

There's no need to lower the rim...I like the three-ball! Larry Bird and Indiana State lost to Magic Johnson and Michigan State-in the NCAA Final in 1979, and both of them when on to have all-star careers in the NBA-with both of them winning multiple championship-culminating with both being inducted in the NBA Hall of Fame. Albeit they both respected each other, and most importantly the game-becoming great embassies of the game and for the international growth of basketball, going on to represent this country on the biggest stage in sports...the Olympics! I believe Caitlin Clark will win a championship or two in the WNBA; and definitely make it into the college and the NBA Hall of Fame. As for Angel Reese...unless she quickly matures and start practicing sportsmanship... I believe her time in the WNBA and being a Tik Tok and social media celebrity will be short lived...and she will be remembered as sore-loser, and dirty player with poor sportsmanship. Because in my humble opinion corporate America has given her a pass on her unacceptable sportsmanship and disrespectful behavior because of her social media following; and the rivalry that her and Caitlin Clark brought to the NCAAW basketball tournament and to WCB as a whole, ultimately making the NCAAW and themselves money. However, if Angel Reese doesn't turn her attention to becoming a serious-minded WNBA basketball player and model citizen and produce (become a starter in the WNBA) thereby ensuring those same NIL sponsors continue to want her as a spokesperson for their products. Bottom line-Angel Reese, needs to grow up and mature and act like the role model-she’s claims she wants to be for the girls (who look like her! ). I she-remembers the saying…actions speaks louder than words. Thus, showing the young ladies who see themselves in her; how to carry themselves in humble, respectful, and dignified manner both on-and-off the court. And join Caitlin Clark and the rest of the WNBA players in growing the WNBA with the momentum they have garnered because as Shakespeare said...the eyes of March [Madness] are watching.

It’s absolutely disrespectful to women for us to say lower the rims. Every player stats would drop across the board.
@scotthjackson5651
@scotthjackson5651 Ай бұрын
lowering the rim would make the full spectrum of the game available to the players in the league. they might feel slighted by the idea right now, but that would disappear in about 2 seconds once a considerable number of the league players are dunking against their competitors on a rim height that is proportional to their biological body height. Almost 99% of the ridiculous WNBA fails that you see are because the rim is too high. No one wants to see thousands of airballs and people straining against gravity just to make a lay-up. lower the rim with one executive decree, the current crop of offended players don't have to vote.

Taurasi and Bird are irrelevant. WOW they won championships in college because they had 4 other WNBA players around them and they won WNBA championships in a league with 11 other teams. Stewart played with 18 future WNBA draft picks in her 4 years. Caitlin has not played with 1 and just didn't have enough to beat 2 teams with nothing but 4 and 5 star recruits. South Carolina this year and LSU last year were almost entirely future WNBA draft picks. Caitlin dominated against everyone but she didnt have enough around her to beat the elite teams but she gave them a chance. Stewart would have never won a title had she been in Caitlins place in Iowa and Caitlin would have won 4 at UConn. Goats are individuals and championships are won by teams

Most women camt amd they meed to accept it, change it and move on and make that money 💰 a smaller team without the financing and history of drafting big players is less than likely to win a championship. It isnt a knock on caitlin as a talent. We talking about yhe greatest player not the greatest team.
