A lot of the new country music just lacks that feeling of real country but somehow Luke is one I can always rock with. His concerts.....party, thats all you can call it. Luke has a story to his life that will rock you and leave you saying damn, having lost 2 siblings and getting his neices/nephews adopted and his Mom losing her entire home in the hurricane that came up thru the gulf & FL panhandle last year. One of my favorite songs, Luke has a way of reaching hearts, I love his music his songs and definitely him singing his songs, my husband of 46 years passed away in 2020 we listened to these two songs everyday! Luke was a big part of our life, he still is and always will be a big part of my life his music and him singing reaches my heart makes me happy! Nothing like making memories ( went for drive out by the lake late one day running away from dirty laundry and homework.... Me and my wife have been together now for 7 years... with her and I first got together there was a spark way down deep we couldn't keep our hands off of each other and the love was so powerful that each and every day was just another amazing journey... Two kids later and two jobs later and all of the responsibilities later have really put a major strain on our marriage... This song completely depicts how I feel about my marriage right now because I feel as though my wife and I have lost our passion for each other and I feel as though we are just going through the motions everyday... I don't see that spark in her eye anymore and I don't taste the spark from her kiss and even though I look forward to her coming home each and every day and can't wait to see her I have become complacent and too comfortable.. I don't do those little things I used to do before and I guess I just sit back and wait for her to do it and vice versa...
