I actually don't think it's international fans that are sleeping - it's Koreans, who simply don't care that much for the rock/jrock influence. While their albums sell decent, none of their singles have even broken into the top 80 (and that includes this and Piri - if they can't get their first win with either of those two songs, I don't know what will :(

The prechorus and bridge is my favorite part of Deja Vu. Im not gonna lie that i like Silent Night more than their title song. But i can see why Deja Vu were promoted as this special mini album title track. Its gives the Medieval vibe and suits with the special mini album concept plus, we know its DreamCatcher song with their signature sounds. Their ability to create their own identity, stay with one but being fresh and different. Thats what always amazed me and all the InSomnias as well Thank you so much for this video.

I think because silent night lyrics talking about a struggle and a hard time someone have. The speeding part in the end imo interpret falling arrows towards that someone while they suffocated in the silent, even though their condition is bad, but they don't want someone to help them because they know that there is no end. So they just tell other people to just pray for them.

Isaac have heard Silent Night before (he reacted to the whole Raid of Dream album with Umu), from what I see, i think he loves the song. In other hand, I think Id agree with pearlofivris, Umu ever said she wanted to make the reaction video fun to watch and as positive as posibble. If im not wrong they even have reacted to Jazz Bar for a series called "Kpop songs that influenced by Jazz" (or something), but the reactors find it more like a pop song than jazz, so yeah.

so like i'm sure everyone's figured this out by now considering it's like a year and a half after this video came out, but i opened up the instrumental to silent night and the looped synth lead that they're talking about that sounds kind of arpeggiated? it's basically the same line in the rave part at the end, just SUPER JACKED UP and less distorted, and in addition to what elizabeth and owen were talking about with it being a faster tempo the beat underneath it isn't syncopated anymore and they gave it a straighter four-on-the-floor feel i dunno, i haven't really studied music in years, this is just my favorite reacttothek video and i'm kinda fascinated by these songs, these things live in my head rent free basically
