Welcome to episode 4 of the Anime Expedition. In this episode my brother Ari and I take on the OVERWHELMING task of making our way from Shinjuku over to Yamanashi in order to rent a car and drive all around Fujigoko in the hopes of recreating our favourite Yuru Camp (Laid-Back Camp) anime scenes in real life.
Featuring Anime vs. Real Life locations from Lake Shibire, Lake Motosu, and even Fumotoppara Campground.

As much as I enjoy the over the top action of fantasy themed anime or what have you, I do like when slice of life anime (or at least ones based in an actual place - Japan or otherwise) take the time and effort to do their research and show places fairly acurately.
