I am a PhD degree holder in international politics. (JNU, New Delhi)
I am a certified sports science nutritionist (ISSA) and a certified multi-style yoga trainer (RYT 200). I have been training for different workout formats under professionals, for years now. All things I share on this channel are what I research/ experiment/use and apply in my own life and share it as a friend/well-wisher. My aim is to try & help you live your life, fit, productive and motivated, maybe a little better than yesterday.

Current weight 49 At morning 7 am- almond(1) walnut(1) overnight fennel seeds water 10 am -overnight oats with fruits banana apple 🥑🍎🍌 Lunch 12 - soaked chira with veggies and salad 6 pm - Cha Dinner- veggie soup 0r chicken Before bed jeera cinnamon warm water Please correct me if I am wrong 🙏🙏 humble request

3 months back I moved to a new city and my diet went all over the place, was consuming hell lot of fast foods, midnight snacks etc and gained a lot of weight. Definitely gonna follow your diet plan, and what i like about this is its not something really extreme , very easily doable. Thanks Answesha !!

yeah because your body is burning calories and it needs energy, try adding pre and post workout snacks
