The plugin I'm using is VFX Suite and it costs some Robux. I would recommend it, but if that's not something you want to pay for, any free particle emitter plugin is also good!

for the first particle its invisible whenever i dont have it facing camera or facing camera perpendicular

You need to give it a very little amount of speed. If it is 0 it will be invisible.
