I like Charlie Kirk, so I stop at his videos and ignore others that counter his position. So I (and probably you, or do you research the statistics that Kirk talks about) am guilty as well. Hell, in our time, due to how search engines and youtube algorithms work, you don't even see the counter position any more and become more and more brainwashed, because you only see videos of your very own position. We need to stop being angry at each other and start more discussions with the other side. And this is why I like Charlie Kirk, even though I don't necessarily agree with all his positions.

@@juniormpondo7274 well I live in Canada so we have some of the highest education here however, having experienced post secondary school myself, I think there’s a very clear agenda melded into the topics. For example, in my social work degree the amount of terms like “white privilege”, “transgenderism” etc being brought up is clear what our government in this country is trying to instill in young adults. I think in this guys situation in the video, it’s evident he is relaying information he’s learned in school and not thought about anything outside of what he’s told to think. It’s worse in Canada than USA. High schools should be teaching students about math, how to write a resume, boundaries not whether or not you were born in the right body or which country to vouch for in a war. Same with post secondary school, it should simply be about the relevant topics at hand without any form of political influence.

Which sounds great and is of course nice to help anyone who wants to “chase their dreams” however, it comes at a cost to Canadians. We have less jobs, more expensive taxes and housing. So if you are an immigrant coming to Canada you’ll actually make more money than the average Canadian simply because you’ll get so many financial benefits as an immigrant. For you it’ll be great, for Canadians it isn’t!

A good example would be increasing minimum wage to put mom & pop shops out of business and to create an environment where big businesses that can absorb that shock remain in business. My guess is he will go home and ponder what was said over time.
