Actually, Jackie, the seller can fire us thank God it has not happened to me yet and I do everything in my power to prevent it. but I’ve heard agents that said the seller fire them for whatever reason so we have to keep that in mind as well. i started with clients but didnt know what to do with them. So i agree with some of your concept not all Also the tone is very like "you are idiots and i know it all, youre a lazy bum and get it together if you want to be fab like me" LOL thats the tone i get from your video I am also wondering who will pay my $4000 montly bills while i do real estate for 12 hours a day. As a REALTOR in a small town I have to totally disagree that having clients first is more important than knowing what to do with them 😂 if I would have started dialing before I had all my stuff figured out I guarantee I wouldn't have got a single one of my clients, and I would have looked like an idiot, resulting in me never getting them or their family/friends as a client.
