I got the Pro 34 and 2006 also. And a Pro 90 and 197. I still have The Scanner Modification Handbook by Bill Cheek. I love these scanners! They gave me so much listening pleasure back in the day. All police fire and paramedics use AES 256 encryption locally now but I still listen to aircraft, FRS, ham radio and whatever I can still here. Cordless phone were my favorite to listen to! They are all digital now like cell phone. I miss the golden era of scanners in the late 80's and 90's! Take care 73.

in some areas that don't fully encode p25 radio , you can modify these to have the baseband discriminator output , so you can send it into your pc , and decode certain digital modes like p25 . Only thing is it can't be fully encrypted otherwise it wont work .

It said "error" after I enter 245.000mhz… So is it possible to listen 245.000 with RX?
