OMG I LOVE THIS SOMUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! What I love THE MOST is that you have back not just the most successful students. Great video!!! Reminded me of many things from my practice lessons last year. Judging a student at the beginning and quickly realising they were completely different, seeing all the encouraging (nagging, almost) paid off when weaker students got great marks, and then the sweetest comments on the feedback sheets ❤️ this video truly fills you with a lot of hope!! Btw, all the best for Crawford when he comes to Argentina!! Greetings from Buenos Aires! 👋🇦🇷

So inspiring and heartwarming! I posted a comment on your last Sunday Rap about needing a boost as a teacher; this hit the nail on the head. I may only teach kindergarten, but I have to believe I’m impacting my students. Thank you!

Was wondering if you could make a video of your methods of discipline that have worked to better students behavior with positive improvement? Thanks!

Hey Ruby, saw your question and thought I'd jump in. I taught middle/high school for eleven years and some days just wanted to scream! However, I have been reflecting back on some of my ideas lately and made a video on dealing with rude students. Maybe you'd like it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/kGLGentred-hkKc I would love if you would stop by!

Great videos as always. Really solidified my desire to be a teacher by watching you and some other teachers. I wish I had students come back to talk about their life experiences when I was in high school. Now that I'm older I wish they'd return my calls so that I can talk to students about life after school because it's way different than I thought after getting my diploma. Thanks, Reynolds! Currently working on enrolling into next semester at a local university so I can teach one day :)

I love hearing what you have to say about teaching, you have been so inspiring to me. I’m in my last semester of earning my teaching degree. I’m student teaching at a high school and I am loving it! Much easier than elementary students.

Thanks ! I think that was amazing. We often wonder if what we do as a teacher matters. I love hearing things from the students' perspective. Good luck to all y'all. :)

Seems like you teach all black kids? I'm by no means a racist but I taught a class 90% black and honestly it was such an exhausting experience, most of the students wouldnt focus or try hard would put minimal effort also you realize how the slave trade is still a very fresh memory for most of them, a black teacher is far more successful reaching them.
