@@ritawashere5787 Just to be clear, practicing physicians and psychiatrists have medical degrees. You can demand people to address you as Dr even if you have a PHD in philosophy, but doing it in a hospital is kinda phony (she is supposedly just a psychologist, although many psychologists are extremely successful. Dr Phil for example is a very successful psychologist and I'm not sure if he has a medical degree). I can't find the segment where this video made fun of her for demanding to be addressed as "Dr" because it's quite a long video (it's somewhere first half portion), but I'm pretty sure that this is what the video is poking fun of during that segment. My mom worked for a world renowned therapist and his advice in seeking professionals in the field was this ; During the first visit, any good therapist will listen, then state the issues at play and then outline a plan in which you two will go over, address and work through these issues. Without that happening the therapist is likely never going to actually help other than being a vent for you. Therapy sessions are mostly designed for the purpose of learning and obtaining tactics to be able do deal with stressors in our day to day lives, without that, again you are simply paying someone to talk and listen.

As a retired Deputy Sheriff with 30 years of service, I can honestly say that this video is so disturbing on so many levels. Mr. Coker is detached from reality and I’m not sure why. Deputy Akens was beyond professional. I wish that during my time as a road sergeant, I would have had a squad full of Deputy Akens. Mr. Coker if you by chance read this comment here is some advice…”just stop”. Do yourself and your family a favor and just let it go. The request you made to Real Police to remove this video just continues to show your delusions of innocence. Let go of the grudges and accept your part in all this. Move on with life.

Mr.Coker isn't detached from reality. He is putting up a front to save face. He's as fake as a person can be and he knows it. He's a manipulator. I've worked in emergency services for two decades and this video should be used as a training tool in police academies both to show how to use real time footage to confront people with their false statements, but also as a textbook example of how people in authority positions use them to abuse others.
