Hi I came back here. I forgot where my comments last 4 years ago saying, I will undergo an interview for being a CSR. Taking notes of all the lessons from you. No experience that time. Just keeping all your words. And tiwala sa sarili. I would like to say thank you. You're such a big help. After the interview, I am now officially working in a BPO industry. Bless and deserve to flex that after 6 months of working in a Call Center, I am now promoted as SME. Planning to go through in Team Lead post, that's why I came back here and taking notes again and get all the possible question and answer. Thank you so much for your help. May God bless you so much!

What happen if there is A LOT of information that u gotta learn about the account, and this is just ur first experience at a call center and you only receive a couple weeks of training, and now they expect good metrics from u
@ReaNinja5 жыл бұрын
Even though that's the case, you have to do your best to pass the metrics. That is why call centers usually hire people who can easily adapt and learn fast. 🙂
