Hi I came back here. I forgot where my comments last 4 years ago saying, I will undergo an interview for being a CSR. Taking notes of all the lessons from you. No experience that time. Just keeping all your words. And tiwala sa sarili. I would like to say thank you. You're such a big help. After the interview, I am now officially working in a BPO industry. What happen if there is A LOT of information that u gotta learn about the account, and this is just ur first experience at a call center and you only receive a couple weeks of training, and now they expect good metrics from u

Even though that's the case, you have to do your best to pass the metrics. That is why call centers usually hire people who can easily adapt and learn fast. 🙂

It really depends on your pace. Of course it's possible to be better in a short span of time. Bank on the common call types and focus on improving your weaknesses.
