4.1 although since i was a kid i watched a lot of english movie, and lately i've read english books , still having trouble answering outside the box question, i think a partner who i can have a conversation in english is the best way to improve, as always thank you so much Rea Ninja 💖 that is your advice in your other video 😊

•To know exactly wich area i move in (job, role). •PSP (prepare, study, practice). Prepare yourslef ahead of time, arriving thirty earlier. •Self awarness. Make or follow an estrategy on how to act in certain situation. •To acknowledge that i don't know everything and to reedem myself, instead of talking about something you don't know anything about. •Dont overthink. Do not think ahead of yourself. •Eliminate distractions. Focusing only on the task at hand. •Believe in yourself. "If you don't believe in yourslef nobody will". Thanks Rea. Very instructive advices.

it is such a shame that people actually think that confidence is something that you are born with... rather, it's something you develop by deliberate concentration and focus. it's like motivation, you wont always have it... I liked how you drive home this point ninja...

Breaking confidence is an extra effort all you need to do is you must have the knowledge of what you were about to speak or discuss and when you are on a public speaking you must be aware of every details you are sharing. Also confidence is effective when you are a good listener and a reader

I have been working at a call center for 3 months or so. What happens when you find that someone is driving when you make a call?
@ReaNinja6 жыл бұрын
Alex Hughes Hi Alex! 2 questions i need to clarify though 😃 1) So you work in an outbound call center? 2) May I know where you're located? :) I'm asking coz im not sure if you are leading to a legality kind of thing wherein it's illegal to drive and call in your country, or if you mean what you should do as a caller if you realize the person is driving while you're calling..? Please enlighten me. 😂
@alexhughes26846 жыл бұрын
I work at a university (California State University San Marcos). We call prospective students about their interests into various degree and certificate programs. They are the ones who actually sign up for more information online, so we do not call them randomly. For the most part, I have been leaving messages; however, sometimes I do get people on the line. There have been a few where I can hear the white noise in the back of a car because it is quite loud. They usually say that they are using Bluetooth or "hands free", but that can still be dangerous out on the road. I have been telling them to call back later, but I had recently been scolded about that not being customer service, and that I must continue the call regardless if they are driving.
@ReaNinja6 жыл бұрын
Alex Hughes Ohh I see. I get it now, and I have to agree with you. All focus must be on the road while driving. Personally, if the request to call back was done politely and was done in good faith, I think it's actually good customer service because you are thinking of their well-being. But that's just me, unfortunately I can't speak on behalf of your management. But one solution I can think of is to call them back once they're free, instead of them calling back? If that's allowed, then that would be great.
@alexhughes26846 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the help! It appears I may be needing to find a new job. One in a different field! I was hoping to meet them in the middle, but it appears that that cannot be accomplished.

I encountered this when I applied in one of the call center and i don't know what to say i got mental block. Sorry for the grammar. Thank you.

Thanks for watching Mark. 🙂 Hmm most likely they ask you to describe or tell a story to see how you are when speaking English. You'll have to be creative about it and get used to talking a lot. You can practice with any photo at home. Not sure if you've watched my video about thought organization? 🙂
