I was rejected twice, I was hurt and I felt less as a person. I'm scared to reapply again so what I do now is to prepare first, I watch vlogs and listen to native speakers so that I can be able to improve my vocabulary and spontaneity. Rovalyn Intal Lesson learned with these 2 brilliant Person are to be active listening for us to understand the customer and respond properly to them, Also, when it comes in empathy, not all the time we have to say sorry if not the company's fault. Lastly, respond concisely and direct to point that way will get lower AHT and on top of that we'll save the time of the customer if they are in a hurry. I remember when I was working as a call centre agent everytime the customer will divert the conversation I had to somehow make away how to go back on my script, otherwise the QA will not take it. It was a bit stressful but love the job though.
