Lady ButterflyMe Hello! When you said recruitment hub, do you mean it's from a third-party recruiter or still the same company? Walk-ins are a lot better because you'll know for sure that HR received your application and you can be scheduled to take the exams & interviews right away. :)

Call Center Ninja Thank you ma'am for your prompt replied. Actually i don't have idea if it is a third party that is why i'm very confuse. They asked the resume and then they will stamp it by the recruitment firms name and they will shuttle you to the company that is open for hiring but it is not guaranteed that you will pass the interview process and if you fail, you will come back to them and they will give you another company. My location is in Manila. How they will benefit from the applicant if the applicant got the job ? I'm afraid that they will deduct from my salary just in case.

I really really want to be a Call Center Agent, I learned English by reading my mom's college books. And to be honest, I'm a shy type person, but I learned how to overcome that fear by becoming a Humanities and Social Science' student, I learned to overcome that fear by speaking infront of a mirror and watching other public speakers on our school. And I'm very sure that you can also do that, you can learn English by just listening and reading, I swear. Y'all just need to believe on yourselves.

The best way to brush up on your English: Speak frequently and ask relevant questions with native English speakers. AKA, if you want to learn American English, talk with them as much as you can.

There are interviews in every job, not just in call centers. It's best to face that fear as early as now. Just practice answering interview questions more and this helps you be more confident. 🙂

Interviews can be 15-30 minutes long or more depending on the hiring manager. 1 hour for an entry level interview is too long though and that rarely happens. The tests will depend on which one you take. Each company has its own rules. Probably up to 1 or 2 hours.

Hi Jupz! Yes you can still apply, but the company will really ask for any proof of education. So if not TOR, do you have a diploma or certificate of grades? Or you can also ask your HR what other options you have if TOR is not available. :)
