But miss Rea may concern lang po ako😔 pwedi kaya ang gaya ko na may disability po? I have a cleft lip and palate po kasi but it doesn't affect my skills naman po kaya i choose non chat support. Aside from the Interviews I found the assessment of chats as more challenging than calls since you really will be pushed to use your multi tasking skills since the chat can come at you from all fronts.. Unlike a Call that you can address one at a time.. One needs to properly compartmentalize and fully utilize that short term memory cache we have in our own system to make the most out of it.

Really? I'm new at it. I'm even studying English so I can get a job in my country. I found this videos because call center industry is basically new here in Nicaragua but now is getting common because in normal jobs you can't get the amount of money you can get in call centers.

Is the interview non-voice or voice call/video chat/skype? Because I really don't have the needed qualification to speak. I can only type and I am fluent on English only on typing though.

Kapag chat support po ba may script kayo copy/paste lang? How does it work? Ka chat nyo ang customer hanggang maresolve ang issue? Kasi pansin ko parang they don't stick to one customer lang, per customer 1 reply then move on to another customer. Then if you have follow up question pa, another agent will be the one to reply to you na. Like with Air Asia sa Twitter. Message nyo sila, then an agent will reply. Agad mo nabasa ang message nila, but when you ask another question, wala nang sumasagot. Then madalas the following day or minsan days, tsaka may ibang agent ulit ang sasagot sa 2nd question mo.

Usually may bots ang chat support that will auto-reply once and then pag may follow up question na, dun na walang magrereply. Pero ang ibang companies, may human reps talaga sila. May guide scripts naman but syempre sa ibang tanong, kaw na gagawa ng sariling mong script.
