What's the clacking noise from. My fresh rebuild is making that same sound

Could be a lot of things..timing chains, valvetrain, or the oil hasn’t fully circulated in the engine yet. This KA quiets up after it’s warm.

@@lock_to_lock so is that normal on a rebuild lol. Been losing my shit trying to figure out why mine isn't moving oil around

@@ogadam1 Do you have a way to monitor oil pressure? There's and o-ring between the block and and lower timing cover that seals the main port for the oil pump, you wanna make sure you have that in there or else you'll have issues.

@@lock_to_lock have 0 oil pressure. I'll rip it off and double check. Paid a reputable engine builder here in so cal that warranties his work

@@909jdmlivin I'm using an AutosportsEngineering adapter but I think it's discontinued. Collins makes a good adapter plate though.
