3:14 "He's happy about the savings" - he needs to do the sums again taking into account the extra cost of purchasing an EV compared to an ICE vehicle, insurance, tyre wear etc. I'm fed up with people taking a very narrow view when doing analysis - it needs to be cradle to grave, charger to power station.

In every new technology introduce definitely there will be risk and accidents involved. Man will find ways to mitigate the mishaps. Look at air travel. When in the early introduction, Planes do fall from the sky but it does not impede man from using the plane for travel. Bow it is matured and safe Same with EV.. Man will find ways to make the batteries more safer. Even BYD blade technology can suffer punctured with Nails. EV is here to stay as the Pros outweighs the cobs
