I’m running the London marathon this year (only 3 weeks or so to go)! I had an injury that took me out of training for over a month not too long ago. I’ve found these videos such a wonderful resource. I’ve not found anything as good here on KZbin. Thanks Ash!

I’m really new to running, I ran for the longest I ever have yesterday however have noticed my shins absolutely kill!! I’m a chronic asthmatic and was always told running wasn’t something I would ever be able to do properly. I’m doing it though! And these videos REALLLLLLYYY have helped me. I have issues with my right knee when running and could really tell the difference in the strength of my right and left in this. Could really feel the difference in my hips also. I’m just starting back running and hope I can be more successful this time around by properly stretching and focusing on building strength in my muscles and working on the ones that need a little more attention. Your videos are great and since i started watching last week, I’ve not had too much pain thankfully!

Really excellent stretch of lower half of body thank you. I’d like a bit more for my upper half too. I also found that there wasn’t enough time to relax and enjoy the stretch and silence, I was constantly listening to you! 😊 I’m used to bit more peace and quiet in a yoga session so maybe you could add in a few moments of silence here and there 😊

Thanks for this session Ash! I've tried a couple of your post run and rest day routines and they're great! I've tried post run and recovery routines from other yoga instructors on youtube and yours have yielded the best results for me because they combine active stretching and yoga, and really show how runners' muscles work. Would love to see more rest day sessions, targeted area (lower back, hips, calves, feet etc.) routines, or anatomical knowledge incorporated into the videos. Thanks again, your videos are great and my legs feel better after I do your practices!

I’m loving your videos Ash. I’ve just stumbled upon this one 25 minutes ago, and I feel incredible after using it once. I went on quite an intense run yesterday and using this video today has made my whole body feel so much better. Where I was feeling pain and aching before, I am now feeling small tingling sensations. It has especially helped my upper legs, and I will definitely be revisiting this, as well as some of your other videos on a regular basis. Thank you for all of the great work and your help on my journey towards my first half marathon next month.

I've only been running for ten months, but as I increase my distance, I notice more aches and pains and tightness in my body. Then it dawned on me-- I was such an amateur, up until recently I hadn't been stretching before OR after my runs! (Figured the 0.25mile walk to and from my trail would warm me up enough lol) Well just found your page and instantly subscribed! Can't wait to go through all your videos-- I've done two so far and both have been great. Plan on coming back a few times a week (or more)! Thanks for the excellent content! 🎉

That was am awesome video! I have followed your videos for a good few months. Ash, the first movements in this, I laughed to myself that there was no way I could do that! Because of your videos I'm completing movements that I never could have done! Thank you from a very happy and freely moving fella!
