I have been struggeling with knee pain for quite some time. Triathlon training was a litte bit to hard on my knee, especially with lots of elevation while cycling. Hopefully a focus on strengthening and stretching will help soon, thanks

Thank you, Ash. Did this because my left knee started to hurt just a little during my run today. It passed quickly; don't think it meant anything, but a bit of strengthening didn't do any harm either. Another one I'll definitely do again!

Another good one. Thanks Ash. Day off running, set a PB in the Half Marathon yesterday. Training for a Full in 4 weeks. This week will be longest mileage before the taper. Knees are feeling good so I must be doing something right. Thanks again.

Ash is the man! I have had runners knee since march 18 and have been doing your stretches and knee strength exercises. While it’s getting better… I don’t feel quite ready to start running again. I’m blessed to be able to walk at a fast pace. Any advice on how to ease back into running safely? Thx bud

I started running a few weeks ago (with zero instruction...) and -- yup, have developed runner's knees! I love this video, but when I try doing these exercises, my knees hurt because they're inflamed from weeks of poor-quality running... :( Any suggestions for ways to strengthen my legs without exacerbating the knee pain? Shd I try to do your exercises *very gently* while my knees heal, and slowly increase? Or focus on the exercises that don't solicit the knees as much, e.g., the hip exercises?

Yes absolutely. Good idea to alter the exercises. I would probably try more of a glute bridge type session where you are laid down to help support the knee until you are pain free standing exercises 🙌🏻
