Please continue to do that kind of videos. This video is Brillant and the most instructive EVER. You teach us how to put ingredients together with what we have in a handful and that is KEY. because i can just always buy things to follow a recipe but then, i dont know how to use them again ! teach us how to be creative

Love that idea- so much of my real kitchen cooking is made up of leftovers, using up miserable veggies and whatever I have in the kitchen so it's great to do more freeform recipes like this! :)

This looks like a delicious recipe. I liked the suggestion of serving the dish with noodles. Regarding your comment of using "left-over beer!" Excuse me, Donal but in my kitchen there is no such thing as "left-over beer!!😊"

This is how you cook. PLEASE, do more of this. To make do with whats in the cubbord is the essence of cooking! Perhaps with the basic "krossade tomater" or corn in a tin or frozen basil with any protein. To make rice a bit piffi, or to do potatoes or pasta a little extra. You know, easy, basic stuff that people dont see if they are hung up on recepies.

@@aemecenoventaynueve1537 Hey! Hopefully the food gurus here are not going to roast me :D I used chicken breast, instead of wine I used a little bit of beer (at first it felt quite bitter, however, once it cooked down a bit it came out really nice), omitted the capers completely and used normal honey, only added a few chilli flakes and added a tiny splash of milk to make it a bit more... silky. Served it with roast potatoes and really liked the result :)

Donal, have you ever tried this in a pressure cooker? I just made Honey & Garlic Mustard Chicken in my pressure cooker last night, but it tasted more like Garlic Chicken, next time, no soy sauce. My husband loved it! Too bad I forgot the vegetables. I've been watching Delish's channel and thanks to June (one of their chefs), I was able to finally figure out what a mystery food item I tried over ten years ago was! Ever heard of mantou? I used my pressure cooker to make it and with a little recipe alteration and experimentation I think it will be as sweet as I remember! I already figured out my own take on Crab Rangoons that my neighbors and husband love, so it should be fun! Now I just need to see if making those Rangoons can be done in a pressure cooker. Hmmm? 🤔
