Have eaten seaweed and loved it. Just bought some and so glad you have shown me what to do with it. Can’t wait! Thanks also for your tofu recipe. It is the first time I have managed to get my husband to eat tofu!!! Great channel! 😊🌺

Thank you... I have been eating nori for many years. I found this seasoned laver over a year ago and FINALLY decided to see what laver is since I am eating a bag of it right now. I then ended up looking for a recipe sooo the next time I go to the store to get more sushi rice I will be looking for the unseasoned and try. Maybe it will be cheaper. I am also thinking of putting the nori sheets in the oven and toasting to get them more crunchy and then maybe I can crunch in small pieces. A long time ago you waved the sheet over a flame it would get roasted, but now you it is supposed to be roasted. I love the laver as a snack. I also eat a lot of sushi rice and use the rice seasoning WITH the seasoned laver and I love it! I will let you know later how it turns out. And yes, the roasting DOES bring out the flavor more. My cats and dogs like the laver also.!

+ELizabeth Adams You're welcome and sorry for the late response. I have just saw your comment. I've been eating roasted nori sheet as a snack without any oil or salt because it says "0" calorie without them. I eat nori sheets when I'm craving salt and guilt free snack. :)

This looks really good. I love seaweed and I'm going to make it as a substitute for chips. Can I use any other seaweed besides laver? Like maybe raw, unroasted nori... or wakame? Laver seems a bit harder to find, even on Amazon. Thanks!

There is a different recipes using the type of seaweed that you talking about but I don’t have it on my channel. It’s called miyuk teegak 미역튀각 so look for it on KZbin. 😊

Asians eat so much seaweed and I love it but what about the iodine, is seaweed really bad for you? I’d really like to snack on it.
