Here are the ingredients for this temple style Chakkarai Pongal in Tamil
Raw rice - 125 gms
Moongdal - 50 gms
Channa dal - 1 tbs
Jaggery - 300 gms
Ghee - 100 ml
Cashew-nut - 6 to 8 nos
Sultana - 10 to 12 nos
Cardamom - 1 tsp
Coconut - 2 tbs
salt to taste as an option
