I have never felt better since I turned to ketovore. I do fast from 8 pm to 12-1 pm the next day….Then I eat some sort of meat, a few berries.. I than eat around 6pm. Which consists of eggs or fish, meat and I sauté cabbage, asparagus, mushrooms, squash, zucchini in bacon grease… sometimes a snack around 8pm chs or salad.. I have Barrett’s disease, and just had a full cardio work up because I go in episodes of spitting up every day despite all the omeprazole’s I can take, Radiated chest pain that lasted the last time for five weeks. Absolutely nothing is wrong with my heart, and my CAC scan came out zero.. it’s all my stomach! Since I have been eating this way I have taken no more than 20 mg of omeprazole a day, I hardly spit up, and very rare episodes of pain. This new way of eating has helped my stomach by about 80%. I also get to lose some weight as a benefit…I want to get healthy to lose weight not lose weight to get healthy.😊

I got the hang of it in two days lost 8lbs 16:8 to the 18:6 to the 20:4 teaches how long you are Suppose to eat not to eat 8lbs Down thank you lord eating all day is not a lifestyle knowing when your body is really Hungry and using fat Stored for energy

i don't deliberately intermittent fast but i eat carnivore, so i'm not hungry until late morning and I finish eating usually about 6pm. I often eat a breakfast of homemade fish burger (salmon/sardines/tuna with egg and pork rinds blended and fried in bacon fat, no bun)

I need help 😭 I lost 22 lbs last year but then my mom passed away later that year and then the holidays came and i ate my feelings away. I started on a diet plan but then i stopped smoking. I eat what i want when i want, i live alone so I'm like why not. I've gained back the 22 lbs plus. 😢

I'm sorry for your loss, I surely know that pain and turning to food for comfort. the good news is that grief doesn't last forever and today is a n ew day, not only to choose nourishing foods but also to learn new ways of dealing with emotions; connecting with other supportive people, journalling, nature walks or exercise. I pray the Lord helps you discover what's best for you
