Absolutely the best Customer Service from any company I've dealt with, except USAA. Troubleshot my issue over the phone with a very knowledgeable young lady, and received the igniter after a few days. Instructions short and to the point. Easy completion and back to good eating. This video, unfortunately, did not match my black top Bull. Again the instructions were great. Thanks for the help, best grill I have ever owned.

Very good instructions - the only issue I had is the ignition rod had corroded so I couldn't pull it out the back of the fire pot - I was able to snap the wire off the back of the ignition rod and push it forward and out through the fire pot.
