• Ingredients: Red bean milk raisin pastry
All-purpose flour 500 grams, 0:34,
Yeast powder 5 grams, 0:34,
White granular sugar 50 grams, 0:35,
Milk powder30 grams, 0:37,
Eggs 2 (add egg whites to flour, brush the egg yolk on the pastries for coloring) 0:48,
Milk 350 grams (add some flour if it feels thin and sticky) 0:59,
Honey red beans and raisins, proper amount, 1:29,
Liquidized butter (brush a thick layer) 2:10,
Flour (a thin layer to prevent butter from flowing out during baking) 2:20,
• Baking temperature (80L oven): Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for the top heat and the bottom heat. Place them on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 12 mins till the color looks about right. A smaller oven usually provides more heat, so please reduce the temperature by 5 degrees for every 10-liter reduction in the oven capacity.

在英国,红豆被叫做aduki beans, 绿豆是mung beans,黑豆是black turtle beans。不说red beans, green beans, or black beans。

这个美食教程也能挑刺儿人家英语?北美红豆是叫red bean,绿豆因为还有另一种绿豆角叫green beans,所以绿豆是叫Mung bean,黑豆一样的叫black bean。不符合英国叫法不代表就错了

腸胃好的可以冷凍拿出來退冰到常溫直接吃,不過一般會再蒸過或噴一點水下去烤箱烤,但我喜歡蒸過再烤的口感。
