Flakey buns are vey popular in Asian countries. Literally every bakery sells them. The recipes and fillings vary from bakery to bakery. Today I will share the most classic one - red bean paste pastry.
The wet oil dough and dry oil dough used in the recipe are the best one I ever use and I use them for a lot of other dim sums such as Crispy moon cakes and Wife Cake. I also made the fillings myself, they contains less sugar and less oil, healthy and delicious. If you are interested in the read bean paste fillings, please refer to my previous video.
材料:可以做16个豆沙酥饼
1)水油皮:
中筋面粉:220g
盐:2g
糖:30g
猪油:60g
温水:100ml
2)酥油皮
中筋面粉:180g
猪油:90g
3)豆沙馅儿

烤箱375度,烤25分钟左右
Ingredient:can make 16 moon cakes
1)Wet Oil Dough
All Purpose Flour:220g
Salt:2g
Sugar:30g
Lard:60g
Warm Water:100ml
2)Dry Oil Dough
All Purpose Flour:180g
Lard:90g
