My little brothers most heartbreaking thing in life was that he never got to see John with peppers. His first rhcp show was after I'm With You came out. And it was incredible. He bought us seats closest to the band I have ever been. They played 2 songs of of every album....even One Hot Minute. Now I get to repay him with a show he has been praying to see for years... Like no other, I love you you're my brother.

John Frusciante is one of the most under rated guitarist's of all time, no disrespect to Josh Klinghoffer but he's not in the same league, still he's done alright since he's been with the band. Frusciante will go down as one of the all time greats.
@itsTHATducker10 жыл бұрын
It's really too bad that he probably wont, don't get me wrong, I fucking love Frusciante, but in mainstream he just doesn't have the flash other guitarists do. Sure, anyone that has lived music will understand all the emotion he puts in beautiful one of a kind solos like this, but soul less perfectionists will only see the technical side of his work. Only true musicians will appreciate how godly Frusciante is.
@TRUvoodoo10 жыл бұрын
Le'Spaceduck I totally agree with you on the mainstream aspect dude. Go look at ultimate-guitar.com and check out the top 100 tabs. That list has totally gone to crap since the time when I used it while I was in highschool back in 2000-04. His stuff is just pure gold and I can't get enough of it, especially this song.

Frusciante is better than Hendrix in my opinion. Jimmy was amazing but John literally becomes one with his guitar. Its solos like this and that of "I should have lied" that John pours his soul into. John's music is a universal language, he uses no words, but feeds emotion directly into your heart with sounds. When he plays, you can hear his heart singing.
