Tastes as good as it looks, the Red Lotus Cocktail at Tango Tamari is a beautifully layered cocktail which combines the floral notes of hibiscus-infused vodka with the punch of Japanese Yuzu lemon for a slow-sipping cocktail that reflects the colours of the setting sun.
Ingredients:
60 ml Hibiscus infused vodka
20 ml Yuzu puree
15 ml Lime juice
15 ml Sugar syrup
Garnish:
Edible flowers
Dehydrated mandarin slice
Method:
In a shaker, combine yuzu puree, lime juice, and sugar syrup.
Shake well.
Pour the mixture into an old-fashioned glass.
Float hibiscus-infused vodka on top.
