Red mini Project Part 5. Final tuning!

This is a different type of video. Instead of showing just the tuning process, I had an opportunity to do an in depth tune and repair of this classic mini.
It was towed to my garage due to its inability to start or run properly. It also smokes quite a bit.
In Part 1, I started by checking the ignition system as well as doing a compression test.
Part 2 includes a valve adjustment, fuel pump issues, and first start.
Part 3 I install a new set of valve stem seals, rebuild the carb and install a recurved distributor.
Part 4 I fixed some brake and clutch problems.
Part 5 is the final tuning and returning it back to the owner.
