This is hands down the best track of the album! It reminds me a lot of early 1980´s Phil Collins/Genesis work.

And if you don't find what you've been looking for You gotta learn to forgive and forget And if you can't get up off the cold hard floor You gotta learn to forgive and forget And if you can't find what you've been living for You gotta learn to forgive and forget And if you can't let go of the dirty thought You gotta learn to forgive and forget And if you can't get over your broken heart You gotta learn to forgive and forget And if you don't know how you got this far You gotta learn to forgive and forget And if there's no hope left on another star You gotta learn to forgive yourself

It's "And if there's no hope left *on another star* ", I think.

Don't know if you care to edit this, but "dirty fog" is incorrect. It's "dirty thought". From the lyrics booklet.

So great to hear y'all branching out and doing more experimental stuff, having a totally distinct tone like this works wonders to highlight the way your instrumentation and lyrics work so well together to begin with...

As much as I love this song and think it's the best of the album, it would mesh with the synthwave soundtrack the series is known for.

I am loving this album. I expected my favorite songs to be the three you showed early, if for nothing else because they had time to marinate in my head for so much longer. But this is an instant favorite of mine, right up with From the Stars, In the Garden, and Reno

It's kind of hard to explain, but I feel like there's some kind of pulsating texture after 2:49. It's like there's a deep bass for 4 beats, and then a 4 beat rest and then it repeats like that.
