A bunch of insecure boys crying about what it is to be a Man, while ironically being the far opposite from; while parroting echo-chamber, red-pill, manosphere, ape-minded, smooth-brain, mouth breathing, rhetoric. Oozing and radiating false security while obviously projecting your shallow husk of a lack of Being, who's afraid of the inevitable. Inter faeces et urinam nascimur.

47:30, why did you dodge the question? We know that many factors caused a decline in families being started and kept together, but both your points are things promoted by the left. Women go to college and get a high paying career as well as move to a big city, away from the hicks in the hills. The left also puts single mothers on a pedestal instead of saying it is something you should avoid at all cost. The simple answer is the left is responsible. You know, I know it, and everyone knows it. The left knows it too, they just argue that we are better off this way, so why dodge the question when you know this is a bullet you have to bite if you want to be considered on the left.

If you take his relationship and life advise seriously just because he sounds good, you will be doomed from a long and happy straight relationship for life. Remember most of the people like him in old times were toasts or eunuch lady guards who were castrated and forced to serve the kings and queens. Don't take his advise too seriously. THE major problem with red pill masculinity culture is it’s self-centered. “Me, my hustle, my bag, my improvement, my women, my bla bla.” It’s Lone Ranger bullshit. All of the best men I’ve ever known have been pillars in a community. They’re outward focused. They’re respected because they’ve touched real lives. Red pill masculinity feels so adolescent because it’s a self-centered teenager’s mentality. It’s the Trump thing. Make yourself LOOK successful and people will “admire” you, instead of being enmeshed in a community, being a pillar, and becoming someone people can count on. That’s real respect, and that’s real masculinity. “Get your bag and then people will respect you” is the red pill message, and it’s absolute horse shit. It’s putting the cart before the horse.
@chay770
@chay770 2 жыл бұрын
nah, those best men wish they fulfilled their potential. Think of it as a top athlete, they sacrificed tons of shit to be the best they can be. Those pillars of the community you talk about are just natural born leaders, the people who grinds and push themselves are the one who fulfills their potential
@mbnall
@mbnall 2 жыл бұрын
@@chay770 That's my point. Red pill masculinity is only focused on the self. "Top athlete" is reserved for one person. "Top team" is a different focus. Real masculinity has a communal focus, whereas RPM is focused solely on self-improvement. The pillars I'm talking about are hard workers, sure! But they're not self-focused. They'd laugh at this boyish RPM fantasy. Self improvement isn't bad, mind you. But self-improvement divorced from community is just masturbatory...which is probably how 90% of RPMers have to get off since women can't stand to be around them. And in case you want to attack my cred so you can write me off--I'm 34, fit, married 13 years, raising 3 kids, own a house, own a small business, and am active in my community outside of my work. I don't make a lot of money, but I make enough to pay my bills on time, save for retirement, and help people if they need it. The proof is in the pudding. Almost none of these RPMers are in long term romantic relationships (let alone raising children!) and almost none of them give two shits about their communities. They're not teaching how to be men; they're teaching how to be fuckbois.

This is an interesting debate and legitimately worth listening to in full. FnF are reasonable up until about the 1:20:00 mark where their beliefs go off the rails like Destiny says Redpill content creators often do. The most telling back and forth is at 2:01:09 where Destiny eventually says "I want the woman to be more of a partner than a servant" and Sneako immediately responds with "well that's where we disagree" as if that is a normal and okay belief to hold. How could you want to be in a relationship with someone you openly think of as a servant? Where is the respect there? Hiding behind "reproductive strategies" and "that's just the way men/women biologically are" is cowardice and weakness. In our society we fight against our basic biology in so many ways, and basic respect for all people as equals should be common sense.
@TheZx23
@TheZx23 2 жыл бұрын
Exactly what you just said in your last few sentences is what should be the standard and ideal. But everybody's soul is hurting. I don't mean for it to sound "poetic", but that's what comes to mind when I try to summarize the reason for all of these social issues.

@crisp_like_dylan 2 жыл бұрын
@@TheZx23 What do you mean when you say "everybody's soul is hurting" in regards to my last sentence? My assumption is that you're establishing a correlation between our society seemingly being less content/happy and our rejection of some of our primal instincts (please correct me if I'm wrong there). If that is where you're coming from, it's an interesting theory. I think general discontentedness in our society largely comes from the loss of a "meaning for life" as we reject things that used to give meaning, like religion. Adhering to our primal urge to reproduce and have a family, along with slotting more into traditional gender roles, could act as a stand-in for life meaning for some people. But mandating that for all people should not be the next step (not saying you think this). Instead, we need to work harder as a society to find a meaning for life that works for people without carrying the baggage that comes along with religion and/or forcing people into roles. Sorry if I went a little far with this, I had a train of thought and just let it run.
@yasszone8694
@yasszone8694 2 жыл бұрын
I gotta say, we agree but disagree. We agree about the whole red pilled toxicity but I don't agree with the whole "we fight against our basic biology" part. Fighting against basic biology is futile as it ends with or negative consequences in the short, medium and long term that are difficult to measure because it is delayed and the source isn't evident or putting a huge weakness which, in the case of any collapse of a civilisation, would end up with a shit load of fundamental socio-cultural (economic too but if the principes are in place, it's mostly fine) restructuring to conform to the stronger grip of nature's authority that it has over that civilisation (yes, not very probable but not that improbable and still measurably possible). The only thing is that Sneako and F&F are wrong about men/women psychological tendencies and only take into consideration sexual dynamics BEFORE the importance of social monogamy came into play as we became more sedentary (if you look at the hormones relating to love and sex released by men and by women and their consequences on behaviour/feelings, it becomes a bit clearer). To be brief, I think both men and women (in general, obviously there are a lot of outliers in this world since we are 7.8 billion people) are living in a paradox between their primary sexual tendencies and their secondary sexual tendencies that came later and that we cope by doing several things (the biggest one being cheating on eachother). Edit: mostly typos

This went a lot better than I initially thought it would! As a more progressive person, I wish more progressives would step outside their comfort zone/echo chambers and have genuine open-minded conversations about hard topics with those they disagree with. I say the same for conservatives and reactionaries. Oftentimes when conservatives or progressives engage with each other, it's to throw shade or poke fun that either side believes the things they do. I like the approach Destiny has recently taken where he acknowledges that people don't have takes/views/ideas (especially in political spaces) without reason. It all comes from somewhere and he's been guiding me to be more empathetic as to WHY people hold certain positions, even if I disagree with the positions themselves or the conclusions those positions lead to. No matter where I go in my political journey (whether moving away from the right a few years ago or criticizing issues in the farther parts of the left now) - Destiny seems to be present altogether.

Great comment. I was more liberal before the pandemic and after going through it started to see errors in the ways I was thinking. One of the things I noticed was that when speaking with the right, I was able to have a good conversation with them with good dialogue. When I spoke with the (liberal) left and disagreed with them they would say it was because I was a trump lover, misogynistic, racist, far-right or whatever and that’s why I held that opinion. The redpill guys might be right that some women can often be more particular and petty with each other, but what they're missing is that there's an emotional honesty in that pettiness even if it's not healthy. Men can stay bros their whole life, but they struggle to take that last layer of the wall down and be real unless it's a clear cut situation where they can keep looking masculine. So not true, I know so many people that have deleted social media, i mean just look at facebook and snapchat, how many of your friends are still using it? Well if you are above the age of 22-25 its a very small percentage. More people are deleting insta or using their insta like linkedin(for business purposes) and tiktok is specifically for kids. So actually right now if you are a normal person (not influencer/business and not a teen) I guess you only have youtube to turn to. I spend much less time on social media than I did 5-10 years ago. But thats not to say the next big thing targeting the demographic i'm talking about isn't around the corner Everything swings in roundabouts.

Especially with their “girl boss” complaints. Like for the average person, you can’t run a household without two incomes. Is what it is in this economy, women don’t necessarily have a choice but to work if she wants a family. So when the woman is equally providing financially, they don’t want to have 100% of the household responsibilities or have to dote relentlessly on their husband to keep him happy with coffee or ironing their clothes every morning when they do an equal amount of out of the house work. That’s been the reason men have used for a long time “I work, I provide money, I don’t have to contribute in the home in any way bc I’m the reason we have a home”. Just not how things work anymore for the average person, which is most people. Also women have ALWAYS been working, working for your family just wasn’t counted in statistics for a long, long time. Something like 60% of women had a job in 1860, contributing to the family business like a farm or a shop doing non “household” things. It was listed at like 10 percent until they actually looked into what women truly provided, like doing actual work to further the success of their husbands/fathers/uncles business with none of the credit.

The most complicated thing about this conversation is that there are grains of truth to what Sneako and F+F are saying: it is in fact, common for rich and powerful men to cheat on their wives. I think what they’re missing is that this is not a desirable state of affairs. Both of them have succumbed to the idea that they cannot and should not control themselves sexually, and that somewhere out there, there’s a quality woman who can be a good mother and a faithful partner that also doesn’t blink at them going hog wild on a bunch of 22 year olds. It’s preposterous. At the core of their philosophy is a desperate rationalization for the inability of certain men to respect, relate, or commit to a woman and it’s glaringly obvious. They want to pretend that a man could never commit to a woman or find joy in doing so and that simply isn’t true. Men do it all the time. Out of the countless couples I know, the only ones who have lasting and fulfilling relationships are the ones based on mutual faithfulness, respect and trust; the polyamorous marriages rarely last and almost everyone (male and female) I’ve ever known who was involved in polygamy has told me in no uncertain terms that it’s a shit show and to stay far away from it. The philosophy being dished up by Sneako and F+F views women as little more than the dirt in which they will plant their seeds; it is arrogant, impractical, and utterly self-serving. Their ideology will bring nothing but misery to them and any self-loathing woman taken in by it. Perhaps one day these two enterprising young gentleman will find true love with a quality woman who has dignity and self respect and who will laugh in their face at the asinine arrangement that they are proposing. Perhaps they will be forced to compromise or perhaps they will continue this quest for empty casual sex into their 50s or 60s at the cost of any true connection or lasting relationship with a good woman. Totally up to them. I just wish they knew how pathetic they’ll look. Edit: kudos to Destiny for his forthrightness about his open relationship. Though I don’t hold polyamory in any particularly high esteem, I appreciate his “what’s good for the goose is good for the gander” attitude. I’d bet that he doesn’t particularly like his wife screwing around, but at least he’s not a raging hypocrite about his lifestyle like some people.

I'm probably gonna come back and watch this video later(I am only a few minutes in). I'm now listening to this while I type this reply: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iJeUmoR4oMeCnJY That being said: I appreciate your input. My experience is that women I date, even women who are vocally feminist, want to know that I can sleep with other women. If they don't feel I am valued by the other sex it makes staying in the relationship that much harder. Women who don't experience an element of dread(that the relationship might end) aren't incentivised to actively participate in the relationship. They(SNEAKO and F+F) might find "high-quality" partners who 'laugh in their face' and they may choose to compromise so as to give the opportunity a chance. If that happens the success or failure of the relationship in the long term will depend on the self-awareness of everyone involved more that just that one compromise/assertion. Being an adult about all this stuff is hard. Thanks again for your longer-form comment Ms Sub.

@@TheDuncskunk I won’t deny that men and women tend to value sexual behavior in different ways, in my experience. Both men and women want to be with someone who is desirable to others; but men might prefer less sexual experience, while women tend to prefer more. Whether this is biological or cultural is hard to say, but it’s a reality that I would recommend that people, especially women, be aware of. Promiscuity is obviously damaging to society in my opinion (it causes disease, single motherhood, and emotional detachment and trauma), but it’s hard to know what exactly to do about it. Regardless of any hypocrisy or double standard that society has about promiscuous women vs promiscuous men, I would advise my own sex against wasting time screwing around with short term losers. It isn’t fulfilling, it isn’t glamorous, it can be downright dangerous, and it sure as hell won’t get you any closer to finding a good man. I would also advise men to have the same standards, regardless of the hypocrisy of society. Always remember that women want to follow men; and that your example is a strong influence on the women around you. If men would exercise more control, I guarantee that most women would follow suit and a healthier society would follow. Nothing baffles me more than the ability of some men to speak of promiscuous women being damaged and worthless, and then gleefully participating in that damage; lying, manipulating, coaxing, pressuring, and persuading a woman to give in to him sexually and then sl*t shaming her afterwards. Women are easily influenced, especially by men; they genuinely want to please men and give them what they want. And if they are constantly getting mixed messages from every man they know (men want sl*ts, men want virgins, men want this, that or the other) it’s no wonder everything is so fucked between the sexes (no pun intended). I would encourage everyone to restrain themselves sexually as much as they can and to channel their energy into lasting relationships and not empty sexual hedonism. And to do it with as little hypocrisy as you can, regardless of societal perception.

I thought the conversation was going well up until the end with the evolutionary psychology stuff and about relationship dynamics between men and women. It was honestly hard to follow because I feel like it's just such a bizarre and outdated perspective. I'm definitely biased as a feminist and someone that believes people should pursue relationships for love first, but in my opinion, this outlook on life insults both men and women. I was shocked when Fresh called men "worthless commodities." He's talking about men as if they have no restraint and no emotional needs in a relationship. A relationship where one person is constantly fucking other people while the other person is expected to stay monogamous, be okay with the cheating, and even encourage the cheating sounds disastrous. Telling young men to expect this even when they become successful is just setting them up for failure because Destiny is right when he says that very few women in today's age would go for that kind of dynamic. It's so strange to see people talk about marriages as if they are just transactions of "biological needs" and fulfilling the best "reproductive strategy" instead of a loving lifelong commitment to one another. To each his own I guess.

13:55 I love destiny for that. While money is great to have for an easier life, it should not be the only purpose of living. Everyone is going to have their own vision of what a fulfilled life is. For someone like fresh it's cars , money and women (yes he mentioned taking care of his mom). For Density, his vision is the opposite of them with family and friends (not to say f&f may not care about that) Everyone doesn't want the same thing and is not material obsessed. Yes, we should all do better, but also remember to enjoy your life and ride along the way.

Men and women aren't equal biologically so no amount of social "change" is going to trump the Male/Female imperative which is ingrained in us. Even the most successful Modern woman want men to fulfil the Traditional biological role of Providing and leadership whilst most men want a woman to be exclusive to them because of territorial instincts and to ensure a good candidate for procreation. Myron touched on great point about how women who do have multiple partners seek different traits in each man because they cannot get a full package in one, not because they inherently want to sleep around, Destiny is the prime example, his wife, whilst she admires his intellect and accomplishments seeks other men to fulfil her physical desires.

i see people talk about this a lot and i think a lot of important points are missed. As someone who has watched a decent amount of f&f content i feel like i have a decent understanding of what they are saying, and when they talk about the open relationship thing the basic gist is that as a woman if you want a man that is a 1 percenter then you need to realize that 99 percent of the time they will have sex with other women and wont tolerate their girl having sex outside the relationship. And then they say that as a man if you want to have the leverage with a girl to enforce that you need to be extremely high value or else the girl wont put up with it. I could be wrong but i dont think they tell average dudes to really have these kinds of relationships, unless they are willing to self improve. The problem then becomes that most women typically want these 1 percent dudes and a lot of times wont notice average dudes

Those men like to talk about "male sexual strategy" but they miss understood that the female sexual strategy is not only security and protection but also stability. Monogamy is not just to ensure that the kids will be from the father but also to ensure that the kids will always be provided with ressources. This is why males in general, have to prove themselves before having access to sex. And those ressources have to be provided on the long run. Fidelity in the relationship is also here to ensure that men don t make kids to other women, forcing him to provide for those kids too which would put the first mother in an unstable situation like "i don t know if my men will be able to provide for me and my kids in the long run if he also has another family to take care of". Obviously, we shouldn't simplify complex behaviors and relationships to just "mating strategies " but if we taking this approche, it seems like volontary monogamy makes more sense for our species than harems

Make that make sense! *"Everything they do and think revolve around women, to the point that their validation or how they confirm their own value is based on women"* 17:32 Myron explain his position.. I guess you jumped right over that. Myron: _"Becoming successful you got to get in shape. Reality is, majority of women give their best years to the worst men and expect good men to deal with their worst years. *"Everything they do and think revolve around women, to the point that their validation or how they confirm their own value is based on women"* Refer back to 17:32 Myron position..

1:01:26 I'd argue this is probably wrong based off some pretty cool and interesting data I've read on strength of relationships between parents and children of the same sex, which pretty much demonstrated Mother-Daughter relationships as typically more "emotionally fulfilling" and "stronger/closer" than Father-Son relationships; with that being the case, I'd also probably extend this conclusion to MOST women friend groups as well. Additionally, considering that women typically score way higher than men on emotional intelligence, i.e., they know how to deal with their emotions/read emotions of others, and not to mention that I'm a guy who has had multiple different types of friend groups growing up throughout life, I'd be totally confident on betting money knowing that most men, on average, belong to social circles that are not emotionally fulfilling and may potentially be filled with Sneako's that may call you beta for crying over your childhood dog passing away or your girl breaking up with you lmao. Honestly though, it's sad man. I say it all the time, we as men are sometimes our own worst enemies.

Women need to feel safe and secure, a man sleeping around throws that safety and security out the window. If a women has a child with the man, that doesn't secure that relationship as destiny was explaining but not only that, if hes sleeping around, now he can potentially knocking up other women and shattering any security and now has to share resources. This clearly is not in a women's best interest, child's interest, or the man's as he has spread himself thin, with resources and spirit of integrity. Desiring to have sex with other women doesn't mean a man with integrity will do so, just because you have options does not mean you exercise them. Having everything you desire in a gluttonous manner, makes what you consume become less fulfilling yet just as dangerous in consequence. FNF will not have long term successful relationships. They do not today, yet they are coaching other men.

A genuine woman won’t care and will stand by her man. Wealth is not static. You never know when you might lose it all. Also a mature and cultured man doesn’t call woman “b****es”. These idiots have no respect and think they will get married. Well not with that attitude. They’ll only every meet a woman of their own calibre, then complain because they will get played by them at their own game. The cycle won’t end. These guys haven’t left the playground.
