I find if I put the TX at least 2-3m away from the rx the binding process works better..

Better to split the Aileron with the Rudder surely, + split left and right elevators.

I want more that 10 pwm channel. Can add more than one rx with one transmitter for this?

Not on this setup with Radiomaster and Spektrum receivers. Look at the Futaba dual receiver setup system if you want more channels. Also, look into Futaba and FrSky S-Bus systems and how they are setup. With S-Bus, you are only limited by how many channels your Transmitter has. Thanks for the question...sorry for the late reply.
