Man great vid glad to see you posting. The only thing that I would like to add to your tutorial is wet the line before you cinch the knot it will help to keep it from frying and or kinking. Also I call that knot a dropper loop. Been you sing it for years. Next time your on a hybrid sandy bite try the same rig but 2 oz weight at bottom and 3 feet up first hook 4 to 5 for second and try a fluke style plastic in the current you might love it. I love my hydro electric fishing. Keep em comin. Oh been using this knot for 15 years always a good choice. On flathead was caught on it matter of fact 62lbs on 17lbs Cajun on 4 inch gill.

Love the video. Very informative on tying the leaders. We are going to practice. This is Sarah typing in with Aaron here too watching the catfishing video. This is what we try to catch most often. I learned to tie my regular hooks on the end of my line similar to this from the angler coarse while in college while Aaron does his granny knots. It took you to convince him the right way lol. Quick question for yea, the Mississippi River is flooding everywhere but in specific at St Louis ( where I’m at currently ) this means flooded farm fields and slow moving water... however a few natural funnels quicken up the water up a bit. My question is bait. Is it too cold still for skips & mooneye? The temps this week have been highs 47-53 \ lows 32-35

Well bro, I am not an expert, but I would say it is still a little too cold..especially for Mooneye, just my two cents. Here where I am at the bait starts coming on good when the water temp hits the upper 50s and low 60s.
