I hear compassion when you recognize that your ex was only capable of the actions he took when he left. Hearing that was super helpful in reflecting on past break ups and thinking about others people's emotional troubles.

I really love how extremely open-minded you are and being able to see things from so many different perceptions. Then the fact that you can explain things to your audience so clearly all while covering so many areas very thoroughly. You nail it every time !! ❤

As a 37 year-old man who has spent my entire adult life looking for a relationship and been rejected by every woman I've ever dated, I've decided to stop trying. At least in my part of the world, most women are polyamourous and more interested in casual dating, and I'm tired of having my heart broken over and over again. Now my goal is to get comfortable with the idea that I'll likely never get to feel love or close human connection. No amount of inner work and personal growth seems to be enough. Still, I appreciate all of your videos, and that top is amazing. :)

That is a bad way of looking at it.

As a 44 woman who had similar experiences with relationships, I decided to give up trying and focus my energy and my time on others fulfilling paths, like study, crafts and so on.

❤ AWARENESS is mandatory ! Mandatory to become the best version of ourselves. Mandatory to evolve. Without awareness of anything it's almost impossible to evolve becoming our best version. Our best version for ourselves and for others. Awareness is the first step of everything then being honest with yourself and accountable in areas you need to be. Owning it and practice being authentic . Then it's all just a practice until it becomes somewhat of a habit or rather your nature. As a better way becomes your nature, you are evolving .

Here's to 2025 being the best year yet, and to focusing on self care and growth. But also not sure if I should continue into the new year with the love of my life because it's clear I have too much unresolved trauma to continue in a stable and healthy relationship. And the pressure of an about-to-expire K2 visa application doesn't help the situation.

💥✨️💥⭐️🎶🎶 I'm not one to typically have New Year's resolutions LOL . However, I would say I'll continue to practice being more authentic and true to myself and less settling in some areas of my life. Practice a bit more patience with myself perhaps. Last but definitely not the least LOL - The opportunity to meet Jillian Turecki someday soon ! You're Awesome , Thank you for being who you are and helping so many ! ❤

Don’t Take Anything Personally: Nothing other people do is because of you. It is because of themselves. All people live in their own dream, in their own mind; they are in a completely different world from the one we live in. When we take something personally, we make the assumption that they know what is in our world, and we try to impose our world on their world. Even when a situation seems so personal, even if others insult you directly, it has nothing to do with you. What they say, what they do, and the opinions they give are according to the agreements they have in their own minds. Their point of view comes from all the programming they received during domestication. - Don Miguel Ruiz - The Four Agreements

Yes this is true . Yet we also have boundaries and if those are expressed and those chosen or unconscious behaviours continue then we get to decide to leave

It would be a lot cooler if my ex hadn't ghosted me so that we could have figured out and squashed the issue. Sometimes it's impossible to fix the problem. Sometimes one person in the relationship totally checks out.

My favorite podcast, please discuss emotional incest and how to deal with this issue when you’re a partner of a man and how to handle the situation with him and his unhealthy mother. 🤍
