Pilates has a lot of imagery and imagination involved in it, so that explains why she says those things :) Also, it's been proven that if you really imagine you're in a happy, relaxing environment, you will feel happy and relaxed because you're tricking your brain into thinking something that's really not happening.

Just 10 min ago I was so stressed and so upset that I would cry at any moment but I did this routine and now I can not stop smiling. Effects of Poppilates are amazing!

@@Ladymusicc honestly, I'm in about the same place in terms of fitness, but I don't mind as much now. I left this comment in college and in a different state. A lot has changed in my life since then, especially in the last 6-8 months. Though it isn't leaving a lot of room for me to be as active as I once was, I'm just happy to be healthy.

Second Quarantine here in Greece! Today's workout, Fat Melter and Ab trainer was really hard, but it was all I needed. I pushed myself in order to distract it from all this crazy situation. And then this stretching video gave me peace. Stay positive everyone..we can do this! 😊

I agree the abs on fire was very challenging. Hopefully by the end of the month we'll be more able to do all the moves. I had to pause the video a few times. As long as we dont give up! :)

this was my favorite video in 2014-2015, i must have done this routine a few hundred times during grad school! its still a great stretching video, thank you for your brightness and positivity!!

In 2018 I was working out w pop Pilates and barre classes at the gym 2hrs/day 4-5 days a week. I even got certified to teach Pop, because I love this format so much. Last half of 2019 I started spiraling into depression over outside circumstances in my life and into 2020 we go and we got covid19 which hasn’t helped matters. While I KNOW what I’m supposed to do, it’s been difficult pulling myself out of this hole and to have the energy to do anything. I haven’t worked out and today for some reason, I had enough energy to just see what i could find on youtube. Blogilates on the beach stretch less than 10 min. With all the beach closures (which used to be a go to spot for me to think and find peace), this video looked promising. It’s short and sweet and so I did it. I literally started tearing up at the end because it only took 9 min of doing this to feel better. I might not be happy right now, but it was definitely a feeling of relief that I hadn’t felt in a while. I’m going to try to do this video everyday. I’m truly thankful to you Casey and the whole Blogilates team for the positivity and hope.

Just finished Day 5 of the Feb Calendar and I have been sore as hell all week! This morning I woke up to find my quads and core were only a little bothered but I did the last two stretching videos for Friday and I feel SO GREAT! (: Good luck to everyone else! We can do this!

Not flexible in the slightest so this definitely wasn't as relaxing as it probably was to others but that's just more motivation to keep stretching and working out! Day 12 of beginner's 2.0 done!

I did a Pilates class at my local gym for the first time yesterday, so naturally I woke up very sore. This was the perfect morning stretch to make my muscles not so stiff and now I feel ready to take on the day. So wonderful, thank you Cassey!

This is a great morning stretch for me! I'm usually up at around 6:40 am and my family isn't up till 7 so I for the past few weeks of my summer break, I've been doing these stretches while enjoying the sunrise and lemme tell you, my mornings have never been better. Love ya Cassey! XOXO

I'll be honest, I dance six days a week, and before I started doing your videos for cross training I thought I was super fit and in shape... but that is so not the case! It's super humbling, but it's all worth it when I'm in the studio doing things I never could do before, thanks to pilates. Your videos and attitude make it that much easier and more fun to wake up early to work out, too. Thanks for what you do Cassey ^^

This is one of my favorite videos so far! I just did it (late night- right before bed). After a LONG day, this is exactly what I needed to calm down, relax, and smile before bed! :) All the stretches felt AMAZING! Thank you!!!

Did this at 1 in the morning after a series of intense workouts (all Blogilates of course) and this was so relaxing and good. Very much needed for my tense body. Also, I've been longing for the beach, so this was like good medicine.
