Welcome to this guided sleep meditation and relaxation to help you prepare for a deep and relaxing nights sleep. At the same time, you will be inviting in the flow of abundance into your life and letting go of anything that could be blocking this flow.
The guided meditation is about 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of very relaxing music

With every breath, the old moment is lost; a new moment arrives. manifestation.guide We exhale and we let go of the old moment. It is lost to us. In doing so, we let go of the person we used to be. We inhale and breathe in the moment that is becoming. In doing so, we welcome the person we are becoming. We repeat the process. This is meditation. This is renewal. This is life.

I have been listening to wealth hypnosis and frequencies for about 9 months now. This is one of the videos I have used. A couple months ago I got a 3k raise which I was very grateful for and thanked the universe greatly. Today I just got a promotion I didn't even ask for which resulted in another increase, this time 20k. I will be sending my gratitude to the universe today. What is KZbin doing by putting loud ads in meditation tracks. Wrong. Beginning only. Completely defeats purpose of the track.

Halfway i felt very uneasy and started to get angry. Woke me out of my sleep. I tried to observe it, recognize it and move past but it only got worse. Does thos mean something

The taping is extremely soft. It required an external speaker, other sessions were more audible.

I enjoy all the meditations very much and the female voice is so incredibly soothing. However, I am having trouble finishing this meditation. At around 5:25, the video freezes. Any chance it can be re-uploaded? Thank you for all your work.

I’m finding the lowering and rising of that music so distracting and making myself angry trying to ignore it. I’m not being horrible on purpose I’m just telling you iv had to turn it off I’m going back to the chakra cleansing video where the music stays at the same level. I do love your voice and body scans.

I really like the concepts of a lot of your videos, but I cant listen to them for long because of all of the mouth sounds. It's like Marco Rubio's SOTU rebutta but with a closer mic. In all seriousnes, though.... I'm guessing its intentional, but have you ever thought about making NON-ASMR versions? It's not just that a lot of folks dont "get" ASMR, it actually creates a terrible feeling of nausea mixed with acute anxiety...the opposite of its intent.

Thanks for the feedback. This actually isn’t intended to be ASMR. Please check out some of our recent recordings, the sound quality and editing have been greatly improved and you won’t hear the mouth noises. I hope you find a practice you are able to enjoy! 😊💜

This meditation is not good, every time I listen to it during my sleep I wake up in a bad mood. I wasn’t feeling this way before I started to listen to it. So be careful with what you pick.
