Today's 15-minute guided meditation will relax you and balance your energy. This practice is a great way to start your day. It can also be used to relieve stress or negative energy. You will be guided to notice your present moment experience and move energy throughout your body to refill where you are depleted and release where you have excess. This is grounding and calming.

I found myself in need of some inner peace during an extended exacerbation of pain. I have always said that belief is a major component to healing, and I needed some new tools to use in an attempt to deal with my current state. This did help in focusing my thoughts processes that have become somewhat scattered from my discomfort. I see myself revisiting in the future to include adding a few more programs into my day. Lovely experience... I’ve become addicted to medication. The sensation of having control over relaxing my body and giving myself time to focus on relaxation is the best feeling

my cat and I really enjoyed it she came and sat on my lap as soon as I started and I think it definitly helped me relax and at the same time feel connected to her warmth and energy.

Did this one againas part of my lunch break and it's amazing; I clearly saw and felt a bright red spiral (energy?) shoot up from my feet into the rest of my body and it fels so good I laighed out loud and I'm still smiling. Thank you Sara, you are my regular meditation guide and I appreciate what you do very much. x

Awesome - This meditation was a softly crackling fire within me. I am in my rather cold room dressed in a hoodie and warm slippers. My hands felt prickly and sharp due to the cold, radiating with a soft blue tone. My feet were soft, warm, and grizzly, happily tucked away in my slippers. This warmth traveled throughout my body, culminating in a gentle campfire in my chest, smoke filtering out through the top of my head. Thank you for this meditation, I look forward to capturing this feeling again!

What a fantastic meditation. You are very synced up with Divine Flow. Even before you mentioned becoming aware of my hands, I could feel the excess energy in an uncomfortable way. I could feel the grounding energy of the Earth flowing through the soles of my feet and I could feel the energy releasing excess energy and bringing energy where it needed in my energy centers. It was a wonderful meditation and I feel very much more balanced. I have a lot of excess energy that I need to discharge and balance, so I will definitely be doing this meditation more often. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us. Namaste 🙏🏻

This is a great meditation. The music is soft enough to not be distracting but its presence helps dissipate the earworm songs that are always playing in my head. Good for focus, grounding, and energizing. Thank you!

Wow normally i dont get conpletly relaxed under these short meditations but this gave me so much.... Im love the engery... I felt like i was beieng given a big secury hug og good energy.... I had not meditated in the past 2 days due to not feeling as connected to my normal guided meditations. Today I thought to find a new guide and I came across this video. AWESOME!! I always use guided meditation because my creative and fast paced brain, currently, does not allow me to control my thoughts and calm down. With the assistance of a guide I do well. I have never done a guided meditation like this and I was completely fulfilled, connected to the experience and will surely be doing this again. THank you so very much. xoxo

Thank you so much. I felt overflowing energy yet i felt so light, it is like im sitting on the cloud with the warm sun shining over me. I see some sparkling blurry light as well even with my eyes closed. Joyful experience!

Goodmorning Sarah, thank you for this guidance to intake energy from the earth via the feet and ecess energy trough the crown. I tend to intake energy trough the crown unless walking the forest or gardening. Nice that I can rebalance easely inside also. Thank you and have a wonderful calm resting day❤🧡💛💚💙💜
