I will be dead honest with you... I thought this would be total BS... but it actually works! This is... really really weird. The burning sensation I had in my stomach was gone when I completed this whole thing. I feel... weird... in a good way. This was my first time ever trying this. Much love.

I’ve used this meditation many times and have found it really helps me relax. The voiceover is just right (I’ve found voices on other videos to be distracting) and the background music/tones are good too.

To be able to just be ...sometimes I feel like I hurt so much I cant breathe...my anxiety holds me in some kind of make_shift vice.. twisting and turning my stomach and mind into knots. It's almost unbearable. So to be able to find some clarity some stillness. To be able to just breathe...slowly....to pause that dread feeling into a sence of calm is really amazing 😊🌸🌸🌸thankyou ..it makes a difference....Michelle..x

have been in full anxiety attack for 12 hrs due to nightmare bad dream first time trying this and feel . a bit more relaxed still have anxiety and fear but do feel a difference so going to do continue and practice daily.

I just could not get it I could not get the space between the breaths without holding my breath or the space between the thoughts and as the meditation goes on and you bring awareness of the connection between tension in the body and anxiety, it just seems like the more that I pay attention to the sensations in the body and more antsy I got in my body.... I'm thinking that this is meditation training that needs to be practiced more, so I will try again, thank you! :) for now, back to Yoga Nidra! ;)

Karla Dawn: stress is a symptom of a life without God. Take it from me, I too suffered too. Mindfulness and eastern meditation are ways to try to treat that condition temperoraly but the easiest way to cure it is reconnect to God.

I loved this video! I'm studying for finals and I wanted to take a nap, but this gave me all the rejuvenation I needed!

I'm concerned because recently they've been politically directed, and have been a source of tension when I'm turning to your videas to find release from tension, and anxiety, and more recently depression. I did this meditation for about 17 minutes and got interrupted do I start all over again because now I'm very anxious please help with any suggestions will help please I have very very bad anxiety and panic attacks and when I stoppedthe meditation I felt like anxiety was automatically what I felt is there anything that I need to do or can do that can help me to get back in that state of feeling like I can breathe and I'm okay!!??
