Akantha R there isn’t one that works perfectly for everyone, that’s absolutely true. However many women with dysmenorrhea grow up thinking that’s how things are supposed to be and don’t even look into possible treatments to which they should absolutely be entitled to. So yeh, if things don’t feel completely right and you are in the position to consult with a doctor, get everything checked up ladies! 💪🏻

@@alexcislaghi6665 I totally agree with you. I used to have really bad cramps and spent all day lying in bed when on my period. Then I went to the doctor and discovered I have endometriosis, so I have been treating it for a while now. Therefore it is always really important to check if you have any disease.

Lovely! I'm very NOT flexible, but even so I was able to all the stretches instead of having to stop and wait for an easier one. And I could still follow even when I couldn't look at the screen. I’ve done this video before but always on the mat, and let me tell you doing it in bed is a GAME CHANGER. Uhh, I feel SO relaxed. Between the soft pillows/mattress, Cassey’s voice, and stretching my limbs, I found myself on the verge of falling right asleep 💤 ☁️

Felt so good. Very good way to relax before bed or when waking up too. I think I’ll start doing this as a bedtime routine. I realize I never pay attention to how stressed my body feels all the time & the pain that comes with it. Just a little few minuets of relaxation & no one to disturb me. 😌🧘🏻♀️ & im not flexible anymore like when I was young & was in dance so I used the pillows in some of the stretches & still felt great.

You may also have a slight version of scoliosis… curvature of the spine. Ask your doctor to see what they think. I go to a chiropractor so that my right hip doesn’t hurt.

I really like this, a lot of the other evening stretch videos involve yoga mats which are inconvenient for me right now. I will say though that it's hard to stay upright for the splits one with satin pillowcases 😅

Who needs melatonin when you can do these stretches and fall asleep right after. Bedtime stretches have been a GAME CHANGER FOR ME..I work out pretty hard during the day and have a stressful job. After doing deep stretches, every night, I sleep for 6-8 hours a night like a baby. Previously, I was only sleeping 2-3 hours and started taking melatonin until it didn't work anymore.

5'8" have very long legs and a twin bed lol, soooo as you can imagine splits and straddle took some manuveuring lol I made it work though haha and the stretches felt nice
