Upper traps tension affects pretty much every human I know. Today I’m showing you how to help your own neck/shoulder tension! Everyone wants to receive a massage on the tops of their shoulders - it’s definitely the 🥇requested area for massage therapy in our practice.

But- we actually recommend working to relieve this tension at home daily - or at least a few times a week.
Why? Because we are constantly accumulating tension throughout the day - working on computers, caring for babies or children, driving cars, having stressful interactions. All this tension piles into the shoulders and we could be releasing it as we accumulate it.
