I have my Master's degree in Social Work although, I state in all of videos that it is imperative you take responsibility for you own emotional and physical well being. I offer EFT as an EFT practitioner. The information and coaching I provide is intended to educate, inform and inspire you on your personal journey toward optimal health. It is not intended as a substitute for consultation with your healthcare provider. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. EFT has been used by thousands of therapists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, doctors and individuals with exceptional results and minimal side effects if any side effects. Another awesome script. I just did this one today and l physically felt energy move in my legs and feet as well as felt a sense od tension relief. Thank you so much for creating these scripts and sharing them. They are making such a difference and have been helping me to create a tapping habit ❤

Good stuff. I spoke aloud with her, and changed the words as needed. I did not hold on to the anxiety in my body (which gets stuck in different body parts) and I came up with an action plan to address the cause of my anxiety. Awesome stuff. Thanks Julie.

"I'm trying so hard to control an outcome" this affirmation was so on point instantly made me realise that it isnt fear that's living within me it is the sense of controlling a particular situation, "planning it out before hand so that I'll be able to deal with it" without beung hurt I'll be prepared and protected from it. I know now this very belief and defense mechanism comes from the mode of survival given by my childhood experiences thank you so much ❤❤❤

Thank you thank you thank you! Even though this video was around the anxiety with Covid, it really helped me shift my emotional state today. I am dangling as I proceed through a CT guided biopsy and then a PET CT scan in the next two weeks. Julie, I was introduced to you during the World Tapping Summit and your approach has been immensely helpful in reducing my pain in my “angry-left-butt-thing.” And all the anxiety about unknowns has been reduced. Still there, but not completely taking over my life. Please continue these helpful videos.

This is great. As with myself, most of us have layers of feelings/issues we are working on. Just as eating, drinking (water) and exercising is important; in equal measure is our emotional and spiritual health and well being. Being human takes work and being the best version of ourselves also takes focus and work. Tapping to me is an essential part of my self care. And - I needed to work on my worrying penchant - anxiety. I went to put some rescue remedy under my tongue while I was tapping - and thought wait a sec, why not put it on my finger-tips and use it while tapping through the points! It worked and helped in the calm down process.🙂 A share some might be able to use. Thanks again Julie, appreciated. 🌼💖

Julie, it is as if you have read my mind. My anxiety is really getting bad lately and this helped me realize that it isn't just me that has these feelings. They are valid regardless of what others say. These uncertain times are wearing me down. Now I know I'm not alone and help is here. Thank you for your insightful tapping meditations and for not making me feel like a fool for being frightened.
