Easy and gentle Feldenkrais Lesson for how to relieve a neck spasms, neck tension, whiplash and improve head and neck alignment using Feldenkrais Method® without stretching. This neurological practice may also help relieve jaw and TMJ pain. A great movement break at the computer or through the day.
This video lesson is based on working with the nervous system, the skeletal support and movement using the Feldenkrais Method and Nature Awareness helps improve balance and posture.

This one is interesting. I get 'the vibration in the body' thing... how helpful this feels for full body bone conneciton into alignment. very kindly done. thank you so much! and the whale is also very helpful in conceptualizing!

Always happy to join your lessons, so beneficial. As it happens I have already been doing some tapping exercises for the eyes: around the eye socket area, as well as the back of my skull. Today’s lesson was a welcome variation. You mentioned the neck feeling differently. I also noticed a lighter chest. In the spirit of the whale I was humming. Thank you!

It seems ,that you live in a very natural beautiful area, waouh Thanks from also a Feldenkrais practitioner and I wonder why don't you take your hands to do the same you did? I love using my hands to tap instead of using what you used .Thanks for all your interesting animal ATM's greetings from Paris

Hi, thanks-- yes, I've used my hands but sometimes using a wooden tool extends awareness in a different way also changes levers and in some cases makes the movement possible for people who have severe injuries or neurological challenges. The wood element also has a nature effect which is subtle. I find both ways --- using hands or using a wood tool are valuable. In my series with hummingbirds and with the sun series we used a chopstick which I found very helpful.
