I like to think of this documentary as a weed doco that isn’t really about weed, but more about the culture of the village and our journey. I’m so over videos about weed, which is why it took me over 2 years to oven post this one. But I like to think that this video is somewhat unique and worth posting. Feel free to share it with your mates.

How nice to see your video. I was there a long time ago when I was a young pup like you. Open mind, blown away by the beauty of the Kullu and Parvati valleys. I lived in the village above Manali. Vashigst or something like that. Then went to Parvati valley. Stayed in Kasol for awhile. Beautiful place. At the time there were a lot of rude disrespectful Israelis . Just boom Shankar all day and night. Then I went up and up to the hot springs called Kirtagangga. Wow, such beauty. It really blew my mind. We smoked a lot of Malana cream and sat around campfires playing guitar. The hot springs were so nice with a view of the Parvati river below. The story of the people that live in Malana is a mystery. Some say they come from Alexander the Great when he passed by on the silk road. Not touching other people might be a good idea. You don't catch their bad JuJu. The Charas was delicious, but not as strong as what comes from Humboldt county in California. It's all beautiful. Thanks for the video. Peace

I know what you feeling and I also won't modernize it. The last 3-4 km to the village are black road and if you meet with another car, one has to go back, but only like 15 houses are still "alive"
